The worst dental center I have ever visited. I scheduled a dentist appointment for my daughter and the receptionist was extremely rude and disrespectful. When we arrived, we were not greeted and had to wait for over an hour until someone acknowledged us. Once in the back, we never saw the actual "dentist"; my daughter was seen by dental assistants and without even viewing her x-rays determined that she needed a "deep cleaning". I also overheard another dental assistant tell the young patient next to her that he needed a "deep cleaning" as well. I asked them to just complete the fillings and a "regular cleaning" and they REFUSED! They stated that they would not clean her teeth (a regular cleaning); they stated that they would only provide the "deep cleaning" or no cleaning at all! I was extremely irritated and felt as if I was being backed into a corner. We left the center and the next day at work, I spoke to my coworker (who referred the dentist) about my experience and she eventually admitted that she and her daughter were both told that they needed "deep cleanings" and each time that the visited the dentist, they had additional tiny cavities as well. At that point, it seemed to me that something was terribly wrong with this dental center. The customer service is deplorable, the exams are insufficient, and the total experience was something out of a bad dream! I have since changed to another dental center for my daughter. And very happy and pleased with the decision that I made. Your teeth are just as important as your body and it pertains to your health and well-being... take the time out to choose the best dentist for you!

It was an incredible experience, the front desk lady receive us with a big smile that made me feel less nervous. After that an excellent team treat me as if where at home or they known me for long time, all kind people that speak also Spanish. They gave me a lot of support, since Im afraid of the dentist but not only this, they made me feel younger believing that I was the mom, when in fact I am the grandmother.. Dr. Luisa Corrales did an excellent job in my granddaughter and also on me. I recommended them and I urge you to keep giving the best of you because they are a beautiful example of health workers

I really love this dentist office theyre so patient and loving with your children. They have a lady by the name of Luisa Y. Corrales-Iglesias, DDS. shes excellent with your children. If youre looking for a Dentist Office this one is it. Im requesting her everytime my kids have an appointment. Thank you so much Ms. Luisa and also to the staff theyre so nice and polite and nice. Ill refer them to everyone I know.
