My daughter just came home crying on how bad she was treated here. The lady at front desk was so rude , food came in for the people working there and my daughter felt like she was rushed out, the doctor had no bedside manner at all!! I will be calling our insurance and letting them know how bad this place is, stay away from here especially if youre a woman going for your yearly lady check up , its bad enough us women have to go do our yearly checkup and never mind to have a terrible doctor doing it that has no bedside manner at all .. would not recommend this place to anyone

Called in to find out why I need to come in to review lab results. The ignorant front office lady replied "Because you havent come in yet" and laughed after she said it...Obviously lady I was looking for another alternative. Her ignorant and smart alec reply escalated our pointless conversation that could have been easily resolved with just an ounce of respect that she failed to show. Needless to say turns out I couldve asked to have it mailed to me which would have never been an option that was provided by the doctor or his staff.

Stay away from this place. Visited last year for a routine check up and physical. They hit my insurance company up for an "extended" visit fee making the visit over $200. Furthermore one year later I get a letter stating that I owe money from this visit and that they referred me to collections. I have not one late payment on my credit report and had they sent a bill, or even a notice, within the last year I would have promptly paid. Joke.

Sucks, Sucks, Sucks. The doctor is nice but expect the staff to be rude when you call then put you on hold until you hang up. They had my son return for blood test results three times without telling him that they didnt have the results - let him sit there until I called to ask why he was there for 4 hours. AND they charged him a co-pay. Were done. Word of Warning - Do NOT choose this office!!!

Our family will not be going back. They make us come back every 30-90 days for blood pressure medication refills, which should be done annually. What a waste of time and money. I should have listened to my parents, sister and friend when they pulled all of their families from the practice as well for erroneous charges, rude behavior, long wait times, etc. lesson learned.

I have seen my share of general doctors through the years and settled with Dr. Velasco. Hes focused and always mindful to my needs. His staff is also professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend him.

Great Doctor, yes the wait is long but its worth it, It was a first time visit and I have has bad experiences with doctors, but Hes a nice guy willing to go above and beyond to accommodate you, I recommend!!

Longestimate wait ever. They dont print off any notes for you. They also dont give you the medicine you need, they make you go to another appointment just to get it. Ridiculous
