Ive been going to them for 17 years and am now searching for a new physician. Jennifer is great, but they often go through different PAs, so its hard to keep a specific doctor for a long period of time. Their office is slow. The ladies in the back (scheduling and such) are not friendly and dont do what they say theyre going to. In fact they dont want to do their job at all. I once asked if she could please call in my script and she sighed with exhaust. I said, "never mind, Ill do it." To which she had no reply. They were suppose to schedule for surgery and said they would notify us the following week of scheduled surgery. Not only did the NOT call, but we had to call them 4 times in 3 weeks leaving messages and never got a return call. Finally I told the front desk this was unacceptable and we needed to have our surgery info. The front desk told me the girls in the back have been behind and my best bet was to come in. Again, I explained this was unacceptable, he put me on hold for 15 minutes (it would have been longer, but I called them from another phone and told them Im still on hold on my first phone). They got back to me that day with partial information that I needed. Unfortunately, I would not recommend going to this office. The office is not very clean, also they have dogs in the back office. Most of the staff are friendly, however PAs come and go quickly. Leaving you with a new doctor every couple years.

Dr Westfall is a wonderful doctor and Carmella is very caring and thorough NP.....i would NOT fool with this ratchet ass office if it wasnt for them.... Ive just been takin off the only anxiety medicine thats every worked for me after being on for 9 years and can die from being cold turkey cut off....if you have a patient that youve been treating for years who you know all their medical issues, run a barrage of tests and sent to specialists when needed and now have them on a prescription regimen that is working effectively for lower pain, blood sugar blood pressure and anxiety, drug tests are always clean , doesnt even drink or smoke why would you cut them off abruptly? No physical therapist takes my insurance and Im not injecting steroids that make it hard for me to walk into my hip back and feet. Ill just suffer. And hopefully not die from a seizure when I run out of Xanax. Shame on the new management so much for Hippocratic oath

This place is a absolute Joke. I go to college and get penalized for missing hours. 4 times I have been rescheduled at the window and twice just this week. Thanks Jacky Westfall! My insurance pays your Fat Ass very well. Guess what I will see u on monday so you can get advice from someone who doesnt need to cover behind another MD.? Smh Lol must suck to be you but if you are a Junky with a sponsor that will pay the cash for you this is the place. Straight pill mill in my eyes, unorganized, script writing taking all bids until 2 so you regulars get out on hold guess thats cool for a business that will burn with all thier very well customer oriented employees. Craigslist wanna be medical assistants. Keep making your 9 an hour to lie and steal from insurance. Quick to take money but of you have to authorize anything 2 weeks and 20 lies. This office is no good at all...they keep losing my files and my scripts so when inneed my refills I cant get them...its always a 2-3 hour wait before you see a Dr and even though your assigned a Dr you never know who your gonna see...and his new nurses are beyond rude...there is only one nurse there who is good to patients and hes been there forever I cant remember his name just a tall black guy but he is very very nice...I recently needed refills on meds I really need...not pain meds or narcotics but they still refused to refill my meds and now I have nothing for my bad anxiety my depression and my seizures when they have been giving them to me for a year and they just stopped now I have to hope the meds I have left will make it til I find a new family Dr who isnt a joke like this place is

horrable, ive been taking a medication perscribed by them for several years, my insurance changed, and they would allow me to be deathly ill, and REFUSED to change my percriptin to the generic form,so i could fill it, the pharmacy cant see any reason why they wont change my script, i paid 125$ cash, to be seen, they also triple book patients so it takes all day, and in the end they could care less if their patients live r die, and they also w0uld NOT let me see the dr again to ask fr the generic form of my medication, and dont think the dr office will return any calls, the staff is rude, and they discuss patients private hippa protected info extremely loud, sitting in a room with the door closed i could hear everything ,

*First comment was deleted* Westfall is a great doctor its the new management that sucks! He was treating my husband and I for pain management and primary dr for over 3 years and now since this new management took over they cut EVERYONE off. No narcotics what so ever are prescribed ..no warning, not even a last month script. The pain management doctors they refer you to do absolutely nothing but injections which are horrible for your body.. Weve been to 5 different specialists/pain management thru them theyre all the same.. I have fibromyalgia, spinal stenosis, herniated/bulging discs in my back and neck.. my neck is bulging forward because of the damage and the injections!!

WORST OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN IN MY LIFE!!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU EXPECT TO HAVE ANY MEDICAL ISSUES RESOLVED. THE PLACE IS EXTREMELY DIRTY, THERE WAS A DOG AND A YOUNG CHILD RUNNING AROUND. THE STAFF ALL LOOK LIKE SCUMBAGS OFF THE STREET. THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE, THE DOCTORS IN THERE ARE HORRIBLE, THE ORGINZATION IS AWFUL!! I HAVE WORKED IN THE MEDICAL FIELD MY WHOLE CAREER AND HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A POORLY RAN, CLEANED, STAFFED, EDUCATED MEDICAL OFFICE!!!! WOULD NOT TAKE MY FAMILY, MYSELF OR MY CAT FOR GOODNESS SAKE TO THIS PLACE. I WILL BE REPORTING TO BBB AS WELL AND SEEING WHERE ELSE I CAN TAKE THIS COMPLAINT TO.

Ive been going to this office for almost 4 years the first couple years was fine this past year has been so ridiculous the staff are so unprofessional I love my Dr westfall he is great never had any issues with him The staff on other hand are rude i was put on hold 3 times today waiting for a whole hour and ended up having to drive to the office just to find out if they faxed this paper to my insurance something that shouldnt take much time at all took them 3 weeks to do a few months ago its always a hassle ive kept my cool throughout all the BS but they really ticked me off today....its uncalled for
