Definitely not a place to show up without an appointment, people with appointments were complaining that they had been waiting over an hour. I showed up without an appointment thinking its a quick procedure treating an ingrown toenail, I waited over an hour and a half until I got tired of waiting and left. I didnt even get asked for my information or to fill out any paperwork as a new patient. Really bad customer service and lack of attention. Will not be coming to another Orlando Foot and Ankle clinic. Go to urgent care or the ER if you wanna be ignored, at least there you get triaged.

Dr. Moats did not care about what i was saying i was one of the last appt. Of Christmas eve and he didnt even talk to me for two minutes. I went in cause i had ankle surgery (not by dr. Moats thank god) and i steped on my ankle and have severe pain. He didnt take x ray and didnt care what i was saying. There was x ray pulled up on screen of another patient and he didnt even notice it wasnt mine and then gave me Gabapenton. That medicine is not good for anyone it just messes you up. He just wanted to knock me out for Christmas WTF is wrong with this guy.

Great doctor. Great staff. Very personable. Answers and and all of my questions. Would definitely recommend any day of the week.
