Wonderful Experience at this location! Went in after a Dr. app. Was just a "walk-in". Was planning on asking what the wait time would be (it was approx. 1:15 pm). Spoke with a friendly young lady at the front desk (we started a short conversation about her braces and the affect they have on eating...I had them, and I remembered :-) )and she took my form from the doctors office and said I was next in line. Within 2 minutes I was called back to have my blood drawn by Michelle. Wonderful young woman that was friendly and very professional. I asked her how many she had seen that day...over 100 already! Good Golly what these employees endure in a day. Praise to God for professional, courteous, friendly staff like these 2 ladies at this Bloomingdale/John Moore location. Made my experience GREAT!!!

This is the worst lab to to go to. Just read these points and decide for yourself. 1. They dont pickup their phone at all. 2. Their voicemail box is always full. So, you cant leave any messages. 3. They ignore the fax they receive from the doctors. Today, I was having a serious problem and my doctored ordered some tests. They (the Doctor) forgot to put it as STAT initially, however they immediately fixed it and changed it to STAT. And then sent another fax to the lab in Brandon. And then, guess what, I tried all the 3 ways of communicating with them and no response. I tried calling, couldnt leave a voicemail, they ignored the fax from my Doctors. Its 8 hrs past the test and there is no result yet. I called the Quest Central office and they are worse.

DO NOT go here if you can help it. My son (age 10) needed blood work. The lady who drew it missed his vein & repositioned needle a few times. She kept asking "have you been drinking enough water?" "Im using a butterfly needle" Instead of acknowledging she made a mistake. He proceeds to get upset & not once does she apologize or ask if we would like for her to stop. Terrible bedside manner. My son had blood drawn at his doctor 4 weeks ago no pain at all & no trouble getting blood. I understand people can make mistakes, but please take ownership when you do.

My brother went today to get his blood drawn. Hes had a very tough time with having blood drawn in the past due to high fever. I wanted to rate this facility on his behalf. He said a very kind woman (about 54", pearl earrings, ponytail, and black) made him feel at ease and comfortable talking him through everything...thank you for taking care of family and knowing when someone has been through something <3

Just the worst experience imaginable. The actual surgery itself was less stressful. Theyve assembled a facility that is not only understaffed, but the staff they have managed to put together, really couldnt care less about the patient. If you have the option, go somewhere else, even if it costs more money.

I am a serious pass outer when it comes to blood work. The young man who did my draw was beyond amazing! Very quiet but oh my god so skilled! I believe his name was Osimo (I know Ive spelled it wrong). I have never experienced such fast and painless care in my life and Im a chronic illness patient!

bad customer service. called day before stopping to drop off specimen. said they would take it. got there early in AM then they would not take it. and worst of all NO PRIVACY!!! lady in front desk taking about my situation like it was everyones business in the waiting area.

They lock the doors before the advertised closing time and one day closed an hour early with no noticed posted until the day of. Better call first. Need a scan done that required labs and 2 days in a row they closed before 4. Never had a good experience with this place.

They keep telling customers they require a credit card on file when you go for lab work. A credit card number is NOT necessary for services. Tell them you need to call headquarters to confirm and then they will say "you dont have to give them a credit card".

The customer service is SO bad. They were so worried about going to lunch that were very rude and would not help. The sad thing was lunch was still 30 min away. I asked my for my paperwork back and left. I will not go back.

This was my second visit to Quest Bloomingdale. My wait time was less than fifteen minutes as a walk in. Everyone was very friendly and the tech was very good for both occasions finding my vein on the first stick.
