Had an appointment scheduled for 10:30 am unfortunately things happen and my babysitter cancelled last minute. I called the office three times one of which I left a voicemail stating that I would be running late, in the voicemail I left my name and number I never received a call back, but am sure that the receptionist heard the voicemail. Anyways after driving thirty minutes to the appointment and waiting 20 minutes the rude receptionist looks at me like Im stupid and tells me that the appointment has to be rescheduled. This would be completely understandable if she was the only one on staff, but from the looks of it she was the only one answering phones while another staff member lounged around in the backround. A simple call back would have been appreciated as well as professional behavior and treatment. Also in their advertisement it states that "walk-ins are welcomed" that is not true at all seeing as how I missed my appointment and wouldve been considered a walk in and service was refused. This medical facility has lost a new patient. I DO NOT recommend them whatsoever, I would suggest you go to a walk in clinic before coming to them.

AVOID this office. Awful. I have given them multiple chances, too. I live very close and dont need medical care very often, so I have limped along with them, hoping theyd redeem themselves. The whole office just sucks. First, its in a building that looks like a house. Second, I have had multiple visits and never once seen a doctor, only a nurse. Third, you will get the runaround on everything. Everything. Theyve referred me to places that dont take my insurance. The only "good" thing is that they can usually get you in pretty soon. Other than that, they are awful. Nobody in the office gives a crap about anything. Its old and dirty looking and Ive finally decided to just go somewhere else.

If I can also give the a zero I would. Very unprofessional and lack of communication business is the worse ever. I have to get constant dizzy and faint to find out about my anemia cause still 2 weeks from my blood work and if I didnt call them they would of never say anything blamed quest for it. Then they denied to give me a copy of my results due to hipaa first of all you gave them to me over the phone why cant you fax it. For arguing about it I was discharged from the practice thanks anyway huge favor.

If I could rate them a zero, I would. They are not welcoming nor is there customer service up to par. The front desk is not helpful nor do they possess patience. In this healthcare field its imperative that one knows how to display excellent customer service. The environment isnt welcoming nor do I feel comfortable with the physician nor staff.

Had to pay $155 for a fever... Nurse practitioner spent 3 minutes with me and gave me a prescription. Should have gone to a walk in clinic and paid way less. Place is a hole. Bad service... Save your money.

I have never had an issue with this office! The staff is very helpful and available when I have question. Hilary is very understanding and knowledgeable.
