I have been coming to this practice for years! The physicians are amazing and so are all of the nurse practitioners. I can always get in because they do primary care AND urgent care AND are open when I get off of work AND Saturday. I have gone in on some busy days for them but theyre worth the wait. (The days I waited I didnt have an appointment and I think the man with the bleeding almost cut off finger might have created a ruckus... especially since he went before Mr. Sore Throat, who was there first)

My wife has been going to Drs. Sandhu for some time now and both Drs. have been most thorough, compassionate and timely. While staff at most Drs. offices can be over-worked and over-stressed and on occasion come off as rude, our experience has been quite good. APRIL. has been especially helpful the MANY times she has had to deal with my wifes insurance hassles . Kudos and a big Thank You to APRIL !

Im not sure who April Stephens is but she does not have proper telephone etiquette whatsoever. She needs to learn how to speak with your patients correctly and drop the attitude and rudeness. Maybe take a customer service class.

Too bad they dont answer their phone and just leave you on hold. Its not a one time thing, has happened multiple times. Maybe they should hire someone just to answer phones?
