Dr Devine has been the best thing to happen to me since Ive been getting treatment at the age of 13, now 27. He was there for me during my pregnancy and is there for me when I dont have an appointment if its important, hes there. If my medication isnt working or theres something different that could work, we try it. So far Im happy with what I am being treated with and my life doesnt seem like a nightmare. He really cares, doesnt make you feel rushed, doesnt make you feel like youre not important. Lets just say driving 45 minutes and paying out of pocket is very worth calling him my go to doctor. He guinely cares. As for his staff, I always feel like I am irritating them when I call for appt reminder times or to leave a message for Dr Devine. But I would recommend him to anyone who needs help with finding someone who cares about getting you help in feeling like a human again.

Dr. Devine is the only Psychiatrist I have ever been to but I have been 100% satisfied since day 1. On my first visit I was very nervous but his calm and benign attitude quickly melted away my anxiety. He actively listened to me and got to know me. He was able to quickly, but not hastily offer his diagnosis and explain his suggested treatment plan. At no point have I felt rushed or pressured during my visits. Dr. Devine made it clear that I am in control and that he can modify treatment to whatever suits me best. He is everything I could have hoped for and my life has improved thanks to him.

Have been going to Dr. Devine at Bloomingdale Associates for the past 8 months and he has been the best of the best to me. I couldnt have gotten better or been confident in getting better if it wasnt for Dr. Devine. They also do not take my insurance (Humana) but that will not keep me from not going, hes worth the extra $40 I have to pay out of pocket to see.

I could not ask for a better Doctor / person to take care of my mental health issues, Dr Devine is not just a doctor but a person that cares. I started taking my son who passed away to him back in about 2000. I would not trust my health to any one but Dr Devine, he is God sent. God Bless him

Although Dr. Devine himself seems to be a decent doctor, his office staff is a nightmare to deal with. They routinely confuse appointment times and even health insurance information! Phone calls are a waste of time, as they are unhelpful and treat customers as though they are an irritation.

I went through 3 other doctors before I met Dr. Devine. He listened, he cared, he was constructive. He was absolutely instrumental in my diagnosis, recovery and progress throughout the last 10yrs. Hands down one of the best psychiatrist around.

I have been seeing him for a long time with 2 years in between i walked in he remembered me and knew who i was right away. He truly cares and wants the best for everyone he sees. If you need a good doctor i highly suggest you look into him.
