If I was not required to give the one star, I would not. The appointment started on time, I saw Dr. Rog who was incredibly rude, annoyed with my presence from the moment he walked in but he could not competently answer any of my medical questions or provide me with any valuable insight/action what-so-ever. As well as not provide me with any dosing instruction for the medication he prescribed me. I asked for a referral for a gastroenterologist since Id had trouble with the one I was seeing due to a language barrier. He RELUCTANTLY gave me that but the (also incredibly rude) receptionist called me the day befor that appointment stating that the Dr I was referred to "heard" I was "seeing other Drs in the area" and I should go back and see one of them. WHAT!? This is unfathomable to me, Im entitled to a 2nd opinion and a 3rd and a 4th and however many it takes!! To find a Dr. I like!! You all seem to forget you are in CUSTOMER SERVICE, you are hired help. Gone are the days of blindly obeying "doctors orders" with information so readily available to anyone who can read, you should be prepared to answer my questions and address my concerns, I will not accept quacky duck answers like "side effects are minimal " or uncommon" or "this is the best medication " without any reasons or statistics to back it up. With no forward thinking Drs and a horrendously unfriendly staff this place is doomed.

I have been a patient at this office for over 6 years. I have never been treated so rudely in my life by the billing department. They can never get my insurance information right. They claim I have a balance when I call my insurance there is no balance and like a miracle it has disappeared from my office account. The wait time in the office is a joke. You have a 10 am appointment and you do not leave until almost 1pm. The front desk girls are rude if there are any there. Everytime I have gone there is one girl doing both the check in and check out. Deborah Waurishuk, was the ONLY reason I kept going to that office. I am saddened that I will not be her patient anymore but I can not continue to be treated like crap by staff members in that office. Billing, front desk, are beyond unprofessional.

I had a disastrous appointment with Dr. Shauna King...one month ago I was diagnosed with Celiac disease via a blood test and biopsy by a specialist. When I showed the doctor the results she advised me to , "eat and drink whatever I want". I called back the specialist who was alarmed at her advice and told me to avoid gluten as much as possible. When I told her I suffer from motion sickness she advised that motion sickness is a psychological issue and requires psychiatric care and proceeded to hand me a list of psychiatrists in the area. What? Really? When I told her I have gained 25 pounds in a short period of time she told me to suck it up or go to a weight loss clinic if it "really bothered me". She is dismissive of a patients concerns and of other doctors diagnosis. Waste of time.

Was a patient there for 15 plus years. Work nights. Had an emergency at work coincidentally and had to work late the morning of my last appointment there. Had my wife call and make inquiry about being late. Was told to call when off work and on my way. Did so, and was told to be there in 15 minutes. Only living several miles away I was there before 15 minutes. Once there I was figuratively slapped in the face and told to go home and reschedule. I fired them that day and filled out records transfer to another physician. If I was told to stay home and reschedule it would have been one thing but I hustled a good bit to get there when I did just to have my time wasted like that was inexcusable. Top it off they had the gall to send me a "no show" bill for an appointment.

Showed up 30 minutes prior to my appointment, ended up sitting around for 2 hours. Had a lower than usual blood pressure reading and asked about it and it was ignored (probably tested wrong as I have never even heard of that reading for myself). I love my doctor (warishuck) and she is extremely helpful but it is important to honor peoples time when they are there for a 15 min appointment. Also drive an hour to the appointment and got a call that there was nothing they could do shortly before my appointment time. I told them I still wanted to be seen and I am glad I was seen or I wouldnt have known about an infection. Really disappointed that after reading all these bad reviews I am feeling the same way

Having some issues with all the google negative reviews. Both my wife and I are very happy with our experiences at this medical office. Seems strange when all the other review sites show much higher ratings. Sure, there are going to be delays, but that is to be expected if and when the doctor is having medical issues to discuss with other patients. My Doctor is EXCELLENT. HE TELLS ME LIKE IT IS....which I appreciate much. The staff at the front desk and the appointment schedulers do a great job by giving me the best appointments and times they have available. Why should I complain when I know this is the way it is? Tom C.

Had been going here for the past 2 years. Had an appointment at 10:15 and stood in line until 10:38 and finally questioned the wait with the front desk. She pointed at the sign that says wait here until you are called. Really? Poor customer service of you ask me. Then when I asked to speak with the office manager and told her about the line and asked if she had back up people to assist at the desk she said she didnt feel the line was long enough. The length of the line isnt the issue dumb ass the amount of time standing in the line is the issue. So I also fired them that day and will take my commercial insurance elsewhere.

BEWARE - WORST DOCTORS OFFICE. HORRIBLE PATIENT CARE! I went for a routine physical. Bloomingdale Medical Associates ended up billing lab tests as related to an accident and charged me for them after I repeatedly told everyone that I was there for a routine physical. Debbie and Tammy in billing are two of the most rude and inconsiderate people Ive ever had the displeasure of talking to in my life. Bloomingdale not only refused to correct their error, but they sent me an email saying I was "discharged" from their "practice" - as if I was planning on going back.

Had an appointment scheduled today. Called this morning to confirm it. All was good. I arrived to the appointment and was told they cancelled my appointment on accident. Ok I understand.... but the manager, she was so rude I honestly dont know what to say. I am in shock at the way she turned this around on me. Then lied to my face. Im still in shock this lady has worked there this long. Glad I dont work for her. Good gravy that was crazy.
