If I could give Dr. Chung 10 stars, I would! She is truly an amazing Doctor. She answers every single question from simple to complex and with DETAIL. She never makes you feel uneasy when asking about your eye health. This is what I love most about Dr. Chung. The office has a very open and fresh theme but still very family friendly. There is normally little to no wait time when you have an appointment. Saturdays are the busiest so you can expect to have a very minimal wait. If youre worried about a wait, dont be, she will give you the same 5 star treatment as she gives to any other patients. The frame selection ranges in price and design. (Ray Ban, TC Charton, Kate Spade, Juicy Couture, OGI, Marchon, Nike, Flexon and Vera Wang are a few brands that the office carries) You can get the best of both worlds with River Oaks Family Optometrys Frame selection and lens options. The girls at the front desk are also extremely helpful and also willing to give you their expert opinion when choosing whats best for you and your visual needs. Thank you Paula, Amanda and Regina for never letting me walk out of the office unsatisfied with my frame and lens selection! Go River Oaks Family Optometry! You guys rock from classic STYLE to amazing SERVICE! :D

Dr Chung is a wonderful doctor - she is thorough and professional and picked up a problem with my eye that had previously gone undetected. She takes the time to explain clearly what shes doing and what she finds. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful and spent a lot of time helping me choose glasses and sunglasses. My appointments have always been on time and the office is clean and tidy. This place is great!

Dr. Chung and her staff is awesome! She was very thorough in her exam. Very patient in answering all my questions. Her staff was very helpful in filling out all my rebate forms for me and there was no pressure to buy unnecessary exam add-ons or glasses from her office. The cost of the disposable contacts I got were very competitive to Costcos prices and I got them delivered to me in 2 business days. Cant beat that!

I scheduled an appointment for today morning and right back at my desk I am writing this review. Dr. Chung is fantastic, as an adult I never knew so much about my eyes and she explained me in such a nice and friendly manner. You can clearly see that she loves her job and let me tell you something, she is excellent at it. If I could give 6/5 stars I would.

Dr Chungs eye exam was very thorough, and I felt like she really cared about the health of my eyes. I also purchased a new pair of glasses and was very happy with the service I received while trying on different pairs and ultimately deciding on a beautiful pair of glasses! This office is close to work and works out best for my schedule to make it to eye exam appointments. Recommend to residence in the area and for anyone that works near by.

Fantastic service! The doctor was very sweet and friendly and the receptionists were kind and very helpful and patient as they helped me pick out a new pair of frames. Even after trying on half of the store they helped narrow the decision down to two different styles. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Very good experience. The doctor was very patient and listened to everything I had to say. She checked my eyes with a lot of care and explained to me what ever she was doing. Office staff is also extremely helpful and took care of getting my contacts as well. They even repaired my broken eyeglasses :)

Very friendly environment. I loved my eye exam. Dr was kind, patient, and helpful. She carefully carried out all required tests and even more to make sure everything is alright. She tried hard to explain everything in a simple language to me. Highly recommend.
