I ordered contacts a month ago through the San Leandro Costco Optometry Center- I was told that it would take up to 8-10 business days for the order to be filled. I have called multiple times, and Its now been literally 4 weeks. Im told that if I were to be refunded for the false information on delivery, I would not receive my contact prescription. Still waiting...

Had an appointment at 7pm for an eye exam, upon my arrival the receptionist informs me that there was an issue with the appointment book and they wouldnt be able to see me. Lost half day at work and only think they can say is"Sorry" how unproffessional. Needless to say I will not be rescheduling.
