I have just recently started going to Spinal Care of Wilmington. I have been having back problems since I was 7mos pregnant and my child is now 10 mos. They have already began to pinpoint the problems and figure what my plan of care should be and I have already began to see improvement. Its a slow process but I am so glad I chose the folks at Spinal Care of Wilmington, they have been amazing from check-in and check out. They get to know you and your conditions and recognize you on a first name basis making the experience much more comfortable. I found comfort in knowing I could express my problems and not be told its just a bad back, instead being told " you shouldnt and dont have to live like this, we are going to do everything we can to fix it". Dr. Nikki Bailey has been amazing and I absolutely would send anyone and everyone over to them any time they have a spinal concern!

Dr. Nikki is the most amazing woman in the world. Last summer after I had my 1st son my back spasmed to a point where I couldnt walk. I called about 4 different chiropractors until i came across this office and they said come right in. When I arrived with my 4 month old son and a friend since I couldnt move i was welcomed immediately at the car were I was literally carried from and put in a rollie chair by the amazing Ryan. I was in so much pain I couldnt breath. Dr. Nikki said I needed to come back daily in order to be successful in recovery. It took me not even 2 weeks to be back up and walking and able to hold my baby. Its now been over a year and I still see this amazing woman that changed my life. My love for her will never change. Shes amazing and I recommend her to EVERYONE. She allowed me to be the mommy I needed and wanted to be by making me walk again .

I always feel so much better after having gotten my adjustment and therapy at Spinal Care! Wonderful staff who stay upbeat even when they are going non stop...which seemed to be the case today. Today I got relief not only from my usual shoulder and back pain but I saw an incredible shift in how my left thumb felt after Dr. Nikki adjusted it. Prior to the adjustment, I was having trouble flexing it and it was very sore, even looked blue around the base of the thumb down toward my wrist. After Dr. Nikki adjusted both my whole spine as well as the left thumb, we were both amazed to see that the blue color was gone! In addition I could move my thumb freely and without pain for the first time in 2 weeks. Both Dr. Nikki and Dr. Richardet have been very helpful to me over the last few years and are always responsive to whatever my issues seem to be that day.

I love going to see Dr. Nikki, she is very good at what she does. She is not only good with my husband and I but is amazing with our children. My 3 year old asks to see her and always excited to be the 1st one to be adjusted. My newborns sleep better and do not spit up as bad after their adjustments. All the staff is so helpful and friendly. I feel like my appointments even with all my children with me are relaxing and after leaving I am refreshed and can manage the rest of the day with little stress. I have been to many chiropractors over the years and this is only one that I have referred people to when talking about how I feel better after getting adjusted (specially through my pregnancy). If you are looking for a good chiropractor you couldnt ask for a better place to go.

Dr. Jason A. Graf of Spinal Care of Wilmington Chiropractors has helped me immensely. I have suffered from Hashimotos Hypothyroidism for a while now and it was only when I went to Spinal Care of Wilmington did they discover what was really ailing me. He started treating me by first find out what my symptoms were and then proceeded with finding out what were my food sensitivities. Dr. Graf helped me eliminate gluten from my diet and gave me some select nutritional and herbal compounds that helped fix my gut problems. He is really a modern day healer and I am blessed to have found Wilmington NC chiropractors. I recommend this chiropractic clinic to my family and friends

My husband had been to see Dr. Nikki at Spinal Care of Wilmington & raved about her and the staff. When I needed help with my lower back i made an appointment to see her. On Wednesday I could hardly move about and in great pain, after the initial visit I was better, but as recommended went to Dr. Nikki two more days. So now I am writing this review, pain free, with no indication I was even in that much pain. What a remarkable experience with Dr Nikkis care. I hope anyone who has a need of an adjustment and over all chiropractic care, they will call and make an appointment to see Dr. Nikki. what a joyful and healing experience!! Spinal Care with Dr. Aaron has been an absolutely wonderful experience. I found an ad in one of the Natural Care magazines at Harris Teeter a few years ago when I was experiencing extreme fatigue. The fatigue was caused by shallow breathing (which he noticed right away). The shallow breathing was caused by intentionally not taking deep breaths because of chest pains that I would feel when breathing. The chest pains are a whole, long, other story. However, the first visit was a great improvement and I have continued to improve and maintain a health bone, muscle and nervous system since I started going to Spinal Care. God bless Dr. Aaron and the team there.

The decompression therapy that I have received involved 16 treatments in a special chair that pulls my left knee apart followed by cold laser and use of a small jack hammer device for ultrasound has resulted in a loss of pain and increased movement of my knee. This procedure is done to rebuild the cartilage in my knee from arthritis. After each treatment I see Dr. Aaron for some minor manipulation of the knee. I now follow up with a tens treatment along with more cold laser and ultrasound treatment every 2 weeks. This procedure really does work wonders and beats a knee replacement surgery!!!

I originally chose this office because of their operational hours. I needed something ASAP and couldnt wait until 930 or 10. I couldnt walk, sit, stand, get up on my own without being in excruciating pain. I called and told them how bad I was, they told me I could come in immediately, thay saw me almost as soon as I walked in, saw me a second time that day to help me out even more. Ive been to plenty of chiropractors all over the country, but none of them compare to this place. I went from 100% disabled to 70% to 30% to almost back to normal within 4 visits.

My experience at spinal care has been mostly with Dr. Bailey. She was able to fix my ribs and begin treatment to heal my back. Her advice has been tremendously helpful. More than anything her amazing personality will instantly make you forget any problems you walk in with. You cant help but smile. The rest of the staff is equally helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Their equipment is state of the art. As someone that has been to several chiropractors I can confidently say you will not be disappointed . I highly recommend spinal care.
