I rarely HATE something - but my experience at the optics center is deserving of the 1 star and here is why: The actual salesman who helped me purchase my glasses was extremely helpful - and they went over the top to help me purchase my glasses around the end of last month. I was told the glasses would take approx. 1 1/2 weeks to be ready for pick up. I called and they said that the glasses were not ready at the end of the 1 1/2 weeks. No problem its the 10th of the month... I need my prescription glasses, but I can manage. I called the next week on the 19th and apparently they didnt pass the quality test so they had to be redone. I let them know that it was now 20 days into this ordeal and that I would appreciate expediting my order so I could get my glasses before my trip I was taking which is why I bought the glasses in the first place. They said they would earmark the glasses and send the information to the manager so my order could take some priority. I call the week of my trip to see if my glasses were ready and they werent expedited, or even being made yet. They didnt even get in the lab until a day before my trip. So, I get to go hunting with no polarized glasses. Its been almost 30 days. I understand when things happen and people mess up. I also understand when you get busy. I can be patient. Ive been on the other side of the coin and I appreciate when customers are patient with me. But, when I specifically tell you that I have a trip and that I bought the glasses so I can go on my planned trip - and I get a promise to expedite the glasses and I get ignored/lied to and thrown to the side.... that is not customer service. Its a slap in the face. What a waste of my time. 1 star. Ill never come back. My dad bought his same glasses the same day in Rancho Cordova Kaiser and hes had his glasses for 2 weeks.

Not only is their automated line infuriatingly dysfunctional, but I spent several minutes trying to speak through a broken voice search engine that didnt understand the word "Folsom" all so that they could tell me that the pharmacy was closed. Kaiser provides no information on their pharmacy hours through either their website or the phone. For a powerhouse in the health care industry, they have a knack for making their members feel like concentration campers. This is the same company that sent my grandfather home, saying his chest pains were a sign of depression based on his "demeanor", despite him repeatedly insisting that something was very wrong. A year later, he died of that "depression" in the form of lung cancer. Unbelievable how many people suffer due to the enigmatic infrastructure of Kaiser. Also, dont bother responding to this review with your customer service specialists, its laughable and as petty as your commercials. Its a shame I have to give you even one star to submit this "review".

Had elderly 97 yo grandma with me to fill Rx and they said sit for 5 minutes and they will call is. However, it was over 15 and counting so we had to leave (long day of appointments). Next day during work lunch went to drop off/check on window and asked to pick up, explaining yesterdays situation. The clerk sent me to the pick up line queued almost out the door saying (with some attitude) that if she helped people like me her line would never move. Thanks!

I like everything about this facility, Drs, nurses , lab , pharmacy all great except the refill by phone , it used to be perfect now it is Horrible, it takes long time and they keep repeating the same thing again and again, make it simple please.

Always a great experience. Ive had Kaiser since I was a baby, and I was very happy to see a location come to Folsom. Super clean, very friendly, very easy to get around, parking and in the building.

I love our doctor at Kaiser. I do have to wait for a bit, but he spends a lot of time with each patient and I appreciate that. I have had wonderful experiences there.

Fairly new Kaiser elevators labs x-ray doctors offices on upper floors. Handicap accessible and outdoor seating if youre waiting for someone.

This a more updated clinic compared to Sacramento area clinics. Staff are typically happier and more helpful than other Kaiser Permanentes.
