The overall experience here was horrible. I was in very bad pain yet it only to become in more stress when I made eye contact with CHARITY no not the organization but the NOSEY one at the front desk. From the first day of being in there I was asked by her personal questions that the Dr. could care less about and was totally irrelevant to my situation. For example she would ask How DO YOU MAKE YOUR MONEY? BECAUSE INITIALLY WAS THOUGHT TO BE SELLING DRUGS, totally stereotypical. She judged my mri report accurately which allowed me to know it was read by her then she commented that I must have been hurt before yet when confronted about it she claimed she didnt read it and "im not a Dr." After supposedly hanging up with her on the phone yet just to prove to my family how nosey and unethical she was I left the phone on because I knew she would listen to my conversation away from the phone, sad for her she couldnt even hold it. She exposed herself to prove me right by allowing me to know she listened to my convo after we both said goodbye and I left my phone on to talk with someone else. Youre supposed to be working not eves dropping lol so sad. Other personal questions were asked like how am I paying for other Dr. visits yet when I said thats none of your business her response was "is that to much" why? I cant know? Why is that to much?" Her asking me a million personal questions everyday over shadowed my treatment from the Dr. I blame the Dr. for allowing someone like this make it hard for a patient like me. One is to many and I hope no one else has t go through what I have been through.

Staff is friendly. Ive gone a couple of times for massages here and had no problem. Today when I went was a different story. I told the receptionist as well as the massage therapist exactly what I wanted. I wanted neck and shoulders only. The therapist worked on my shoulders the entire time and then when he told me he was finished (most will stop in enough time to ASK was there any place I missed?) he informed me my time was up and he had another appointment to do. I said something about it as I was paying out too and the receptionist (very nicely) just smiled at me. I asked her then to mark on my notes that I would not use that person again. Well.. to be quite honest... if no followup is made to resolve this situation I wont be going back. They may do a great job most of the time but when a customer leaves unsatisfied... with no attempt to resolve... theres a problem. just my two cents!

Wow!!! I have been to several chiropractors...None like Dr. Brenda. I am still amazed at the care and concern she shows her patients. She explains everything she does and why she does it. Most of all, she did not x-ray. She actually examines you with her hands. She feels to see whats out of place. And... not just that! She had studied nutrition, so she helps in that way also. Oooo... the massages!!! What more can I say. If you need a chiropractor, I would recommend Dr. Brenda. She and her staff are tops!!! 5 STARS

Dr. Brenda and the staff at Red Oak Chiropractic & Therapy are the BEST! They all are professional, caring people. Dr. Brenda uses her experience and education to give excellent care. I have been treated by chiropractors for over 20 years. Dr. Brenda and her staff have provided the most comprehensive chiropractic care I have ever received. I have been a patient for approx. 4 years. I will continue to be a patient because I know I will walk out of the office feeling so much better.

This is the best chiropractor there is. Dr. Brenda was so clear during my exam. She made my back feel so much better. The staff was wonderful and so concerning. On top of all that the massage was truly breath taking to the point it brought me to tears. Knowing when I walked in I was in much pain and leaving I felt so overwhelmed and relieved. All I can say is thanks to them all and look forward to my next visit.

Dr Brenda has the plan, reviews the plan with you, and makes sure the staff executes the plan. The massage therapist, the staff, the Dr. , just everyone there makes you feel at home. My wife even got a massage there and loved it. Thank you all at Red Oak Chiropractic and Therapy. If you are a disabled vet and are in the Choice program, this is the place to go.

By far, the best chiropractic office around!! Im so glad I decided to use this office thoughout my pregnancy. Dr Brenda helped me have as little pain as possible while I was steadily gaining weight and her massage therapist helped ease what pain I did have. The women up front are great at what they do as well. :)

Went in barely able to move my head with lots of pain in my neck. The chiropractor did a slight adjustment, and about 4 hours later I felt much much better.
