I had four children under Robert Loboncs care. He is a great doctor. But because my insurance plan changed, I was not able to bring my fourth child when it came time for his physicals. I have been very fortunate that during this time my son has been very healthy. But he wasnt at birth and Dr. Lobonc was there for me, as he was for my first three children. I had even moved to Florida, and returned after six years and my three daughters were seen once again by Dr. Lobonc. The current office manager, Jenny is claiming its the "office policy" that you cannot come back after you have been seen by a different doctor. Which remember was simply because my last and fourth child, my son, did not have a plan that the practice accepted. She is making this decision on her own. I have had to make four phone calls to even find out if they will "take him back" and then asked if I could please speak with Dr. Lobonc or if she would speak with him. She said no, she would not and that "unfortunately its the office policy". I even asked to speak with the nurse, Cheryl, that I have known for years and she said no. I personally have never seen this or heard of this in all of my years. Also, please note, my three daughters were "allowed" back into the practice after six years. It is a very unfortunate turn of events for a child. I simply wanted to make an appointment to see the pediatrician that has treated all four of my children. I was thrilled when I was able to get him back on a plan that the office accepted, I called ahead of time to confirm they accepted it, the whole nine yards. I wanted Dr. Lobonc to see how hes grown. I am very saddened by this. What a shame this woman is that rigid. Life isnt always a straight and easy path. Circumstances change. I was actually quite ill for the past few years, and wearing a life vest for a while. I am finally doing well. I guess I need to just thank God my son didnt lose his mother, just his pediatrician.

Something seemed really "off" when I brought my child in for an appointment. We waited 45 minutes to be seen by a moody and disrespectful pediatrician. I come to find out that there is only 1 nurse on duty sometimes and uncertified medical assistants who give shots and call themselves nurses. I would not recommend this pediatrics office to anyone. One visit was all it took for us to transfer. Helpful?
