Good dentist until I had an emergency. They were closing when I called for my emergency, when I asked about getting in next day I was told they were booked all day, then I was given an appointment for 2-days later... I asked what I should do if they problem worsened and I was told to put a compress on it or to go to a clinic. REALLY! I found a different dentist and went that same day even though they were booked as well and I waited about 7 minutes in the lobby. I ended up undergoing an extraction and a bone graft and was told that infection would have already set in had I tried to wait 2 days to have it looked at. So do not count on getting into this dentist if you have an emergency.

Ive been to many dentists all over the St. Louis area this one is the best in my opinion. The staff is incredibly friendly Ive ever met and they really care about how the patients are treated. Historically, Ive simply brushed my teeth twice a day and occasionally flossed (who has time to floss everyday?) and havent been to the dentist in a while. As a result, I knew a cleaning would be quite uncomfortable. The hygienist made sure that any work he performed was as comfortable as possible and I am extremely grateful. I would highly recommend this dentist to any of my friends and Bright Smiles has a patient for life.

This Dentist office is the coolest and most welcoming dentist place i have ever being too. great care, knowledgeable dentist, friendly staff, timely precise ( in and out with 0 minute Wasted time ), well, not to mention The messaging chair, TV and relaxing environment ( especially for a dentist office ! )what else can you ask for. PS: I rarely write reviews about dentists or doctors in general but i had to do this because of the great experience ( i have being to tons of dentists and Bright smiles is the best by far ) Faisal M

Dr. Logsdon is an excellent dentist! She always takes the time to explain every procedure she does on my teeth. For example, I am quite frightened of many aspects of dental health. However, every time I go in, Dr. Logsdon is very supportive and thorough when explaining the process. She is a professional and has a naturally umbeat personality. The staff is welcoming and professional as well. I would recommend Dr. Logsdonto everyone! She is the best dentist I have ever had.

They have a kind and caring attitude with their patients that makes you feel that you are apart of the family. My family members are now coming to Bright Smiles for their dental care. after a very bad experience with a prior dentist who chose to not take x-rays, Dr. Lori was quite understanding and sympethetic with my over abundance of cavities. She systematically got my teeth back as healthy as they could be. Great staff and very caring. Very good at working around our schedules as well. Now, my wife and daughter also see the kind people at Bright Smiles! We highly recommend them...

I have been to many dental offices in both the Kansas City and St. Louis area and this office is by far the best. Bright Smiles has a very friendly staff, updated equipment and provides optimal dental care. I have both cleanings and fillings done at this office and the hygienist and dentist are very good at what they do. They are gentle and efficient. I would recommend this office to anyone.
