THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORST. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ESPECIALLY ELLEN DEVOSS. I HAD A PAYMENT PLAN WORKED OUT WITH THEM FOR AN OUTSTANDING BILL AND WAS PAYING EVERYTHING ON TIME AS AGREED. THE LAST FEW CHECKS I SENT IN WERE NOT CASHED FOR SEVERAL WEEKS AND THEY STOPPED SENDING ME BILLS THREE MONTHS AGO. ON JUNE 1ST I GOT A LETTER DATED MARCH 24TH TELLING ME THE REST OF MY BALANCE WAS DUE BY JUNE 15TH OR THEY WERE SENDING ME TO COLLECTIONS. THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE, UNACCEPTABLE AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I WILL BE SURE TO TELL EVERY ONE I KNOW WHAT HAS TAKEN PLACE HERE AND HOPE OTHER CLIENTS THAT I KNOW ARE OUT THERE SPEAK UP ABOUT THEIR HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS BUSINESS.

HORRIBLE OFFICE since Dr. Eidelman has left !! They made me pay upfront for services, then refused to refund me for the monies I had overpaid which was close to $100, stating they would keep the monies on file for the next service I had,,,,Once I had my next appointment , they could not find my $100 credit on file.....I demanded they find my credit on file as I wanted to use this toward my current services or i wanted it refunded, so they said they had to research this further and they called me later that day, and said it had been applied to late fees,,,which I had NO late fees. This office is a complete scam!!!!!!

Dr. Eidelman is a highly competent professional, clear in his explanations as to what is needed (or isnt) and why, and a very nice fellow as well. Good staff, nice offices, easy to find. Cant do better than that! I have referred several people to him, and all have thanked me for doing so. You will, too!

I was very pleased with the office and staff. I was made to feel like I was a priority. The office was very comfortable and inviting and I also liked the fact that I knew what my next procedure would cost before I left.
