I have had a very disappointing and expensive experience with this office. I went in to have an implant crown made and attached. The crown was made and placed, but within a week the crown had started to loosen. When I went back, Dr. Bennett could not get it all the way off, so I had to make an appointment with my oral surgeon to take it off. He easily unscrewed it by hand. A simple procedure. The irritation from it being loose, required me to go on an antibiotic regiment before Dr Bennett could try once more to attach the crown. Again within a few days the crown had come loose. Back to the dentist office once more to have it reattached. A stronger crown was made and placed after I broke the previous crown biting on an apple. This crown came loose a few weeks later. At this point, I had to make a decision about continuing treatment under Dr Bennett, or find someone who was more competent in dealing with implants. During this time, I ceased making payments on the remainder of my bill until I had firm plans about which direction to go. Well without notice, Dr. Bennett turned my account over to a collection agency. So now I have chosen a new dentist who has told me I need to start from scratch and have an entirely new crown made. So i am out the entire cost of Dr. Bennetts work, plus all the time and effort that went with it. If you are contemplating implants through this office, beware.

Overall, I was very dissapointed with this office, and will not go back. I was looking for a new dentist after a insurance change, and decided to try them out. Overall, the office was clean and up to date. The staff however was not as accomodating. After my cleaning, they informed me that I needed 11 cavities filled and gave me pricing. The prices were outrageous and the receptionish told me I would have to pay over 50% out of pocket because my work was being done on molers. After calling my insurance direct, and confirming that none of this was true, I called back. The receptionist was not friendly, and even told me I was wrong and didnt know what I was talking about. She then sent out for a pre-determination, but assured me that I would owe them over $500! I received the pre-determination, and it said I owed a little over $200. After the constant battle with the receptionist and them insisting I pay absurd amounts out of pocket, I canceled my appointment and went to another dentist, where I only had 5 cavities and owed $100. I do not reccoment this facility. Although the overall cleaning was acceptable, their services were over priced and their staff was not accommodating.

One of the approved Dentists for Medicaid. I went for a cleaning and they said I had 5 cavities and also recommended some expensive gum corrective treatment. I thought I might have a cavity or two, not 5. Was 28, and never had been told I had gum issues prior to this by anyone else. The Dr also wanted to put a crown on my front tooth (previous root canal). There is NO reason to crown the tooth, no damage, discoloring, anything. She just thought it should be done. When I was walking out to schedule appt for fillings there was a mother and daughter discussing the removal of several of the daughters teeth. she was 8 or 10 maybe? Who pulls kids adult teeth? I never went in for my fillings. Flash forward to a recent cleaning at a different Dentists office. My 5 cavities no long exist... Hmm.. well isnt that interesting!

SCAM ARTISTS! BEWARE! I went in for a basic cleaning/x-ray after discovering them through GroupOn. After dealing with cavities, they said I was developing Periodontitis, and that they needed to do a deep cleaning, which would cost over $1200. Having never had problems before, I balked at this and decided not to go through with it at the time. The next week, I visited a dentist who SPECIALIZED in Periodontitis, the gum disease they claimed I had. He said that while my gums werent in perfect condition, there was no need for a deep cleaning, and that a good flossing regimen + hydrogen peroxide would clear up the problem in a few months. Long story short, they tried to get me to have an expensive procedure that I didnt need. AVOID.

Update. They have a new dentist Dr. Bennett. She is fabulous. She took the time to review our previous visit and decided against root canal! I am so glad I came back! She is great with all my kiddos!..........I took my 10 year old for a checkup. They said he needed a root canal. We came back 2 weeks later. They have him anesthetic and hit a nerve. Immediately his face began to swell. I stopped them and he had to go to ER. He had a bruised face and swelling for 5 days. He couldnt chew. The offive stsff and Dr acted as if it was our fault. Horrible experience they were so rude about the whole thing. Will never go back! Clearly they are inexperienced and dont know what they are doing.

They seem to do OK job as far as performance. The issue is they seem to be little pushy. They said I needed deep cleaning ($400+ out of packet + insurance) same day when I was getting first checkup, which I had to Insist on refusing (they made it sound like there it had to be done right there and then), but next two dentists that I saw mentioned my gums were fine. Also when I asked them to wait 3 moths to have fillings done, they tuned to scary tactics, that in that time I might need new root canals and crowns (scary and unrealistic)))...

Dr. Bennett is truly amazing! Everyone here is so pleasant and clear with his or her work. Dr. Bennett and her staff exceeded all my expectations. Now I feel I am on my way to a healthy mouth. Ive never felt more comfortable and happy with my care. I would recommend to all my family and friends!

The staff was friendly, and did a good job. However, the price I was quoted for a cleaning and what I paid were significantly different. Lots of surprise fees! Ask for ALL the cost up front and you will likely be ok.

Unprofessional, stated they called to cancel our appointment and we received no phone call. To quote receptionist, "umm we called you, nothing we can do now." Yes there is, you lost another potential client!

Love this office. They were so nice to my mother. Dr. Sinha made her a new set of dentures that fit like a glove. She can eat anything she wants and is so happy!! I am bringing my entire family there now!

They are the some of the most friendly people that Ive meet, the experience was great, and whatever that other comment the lady wrote about making her do something she didnt need is absolutely false
