Hello im writing this review as a client of New Hope. I wanted to let you know that Sylvia James was my counselor and she was amazing. She gave me 100%. There was workers by the name of Kim and Natalie they where horrible to us ladies, they treated us like kids. I really think Kim needs to find another field. I watch her go back and forth with a male client and i heard her say she would bring family members to beat his ass. Then theres Matt the director, i think he is arrogant i felt like i couldnt talk to him. I didnt like how he walk around acting like he own New Hope, he need to come out his office and watch whats going on in this facility. Like i said the positive was my counselor and meeting Ms Pearl and Cantrel i think they work on weds...they made my night and they was such a pleasure to be around. They made me feel like i was a human and not a drug addict. They really have a heart for the clients. I thank New Hope at the end of the day, it started me on the road of recovery

I went to New Hope 33 years ago, and am still clean and sober. It was my biggest life changing experience. When I went, it was really "no frills". Laundry service? NO WAY. We all did our own laundry, shared 2 machines for 40 people, we scrubbed floors, and cleaned bathrooms. How bad do you want it? My group had hit bottom, and most were willing to do whatever it took, and follow suggestions. I loved my councilor, "TU". My brother got sober there a year later, and stayed that way until he passed 5 years ago. New Hope will always have a special place in my heart, and that of my Mothers as well, who watched two of her children totally turn their lives around there, and live full and happy lives. Thank you New Hope!

Completely horrible experience. Didnt even have a family member stay here after speaking with the person in admissions. She was abrupt and rude. When asking about he admissions process was told they have a two week waiting list. When I asked what the steps were or if she had any other resources her exact words were " I dont know what you want me to do, its not my problem" are you kidden me!?! The most unprofessional way to conduct business. When dealing with people making the decision to finally get help shouldnt the staff have some concern and kindness.

More like a prison than a rehab. The "TAs" are nasty and on power trips. They trash your room when youre not in it. The laundry service they send your clothes out to is run by people in a halfway house who steals them. When I was there the "inmates" were wearing days-old dirty clothes because their laundry was lost for a week. Find another rehab.

Absolutely the worst rehab ever. I got food poisoning from the food. They loose your stuff. They dont give you phone calls when its an emergency. People go in your room an steal your stuff and the staff doesnt do anything about it. The workers are so rude. The place is filthy. Theres mold in the vents. Hands down the worst place ever.

This place is trash. They are all about stealing your money and not helping. My wife was supposed to be there thirty day for detox and therapy. After 4 days the withdrawal was so bad they sent her to the hospital then wouldnt take her back when discharged. I dont even want to give this trash facility 1 star. They dont deserve any.

Horrible they dont call family members back . My son has been there for two weeks . No one no supervisor or director calls you back pretty sad when you want to be part of their recovery process and the place treats you like crap

Cant say enough great things about this place. If you need the help and can get a bed...TAKE IT. It will save your life. It did for me at least.
