I would not reccomend anyone to go to this center! The staff at this office is terrible! They are rude and not friendly at all! My first visit was about 3 weeks ago where I saw the nurse and the doctor. The nurse was so nice, understanding, and caring! She truly took the time to explain everything in detail and was so friendly! The doctor was very nice also. He was very thorough and answered every question I had. After my initial visit I went back for a follow up and it was truly a disaster! I will never return and dont reccomend for anyone to go to this center. I was running late for my appointment and called before hand saying I would be late because one of the highways was closed. I was told over the phone that it was ok that it wouldnt be a problem for me to arrive late. When I arrived I was DENIED services!!!!! I told the secretary that I was told over the phone even if I was late I could still go to my appointment (which clearly I was lied too) she ignored me and told me to call back for an appointment. I drove about 1 hour and 30mins to turn around to go back home without any services provided! I was there for a quick follow up but the secretary was too busy trying to leave the office to even try to help me out. She was more worried that they were closing in 1/2 hour. The secretarys in the office are terrible and do not care!!!!!!! Do not go to this office!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have never been treated SO RUDELY in my life as I was at this awful place! I was told over the phone that they could help me with testing me for my thyroid meds. They made an appointment with me, even told me when to stop eating. So I travel there and park (charged parking) go in and this OBNOXIOUS receptionist treated me like a POS! Said nobody can help me, was actually laughing behind my back! So sorry I wasnt there for an abortion you POS! Saw the Gyno, said I needed my thyroid meds b/c of layoffs no longer have health care. She said she was strictly a gyno. OK, I get it. BUT WHO MADE AN APPT FOR ME!? Plus, somebody should speak to staff about how they treat people. I asked for my paperwork back. Youd think I asked for a million! Laughing at me, saying they had to make copies of it. Why? I better not get a bill! Waste of my time, awful awful unorganized place.

Highly upset ! I made an appointment 3weeks before for 9:30am on a Wednesday. And I wasnt attended until 11:24! When I kept asking them how long they said in 10 minutes but nothing, after 30mins I asked again and the receptionist told me that they attend first come first serve ,but I had informed them that I had an appointment first but that it didnt matter I had 14people ahead of me . If you are going to take walk in people before the ones that have appointments then whats the point of calling and making a big deal in the fact that I have to make an appointment before coming! Then once inside it take another 20min wait before getting attend. Didnt leave until around noon and now Im late for work . Wouldnt recommend anyone to come on a work day since its going to take forever to be seen.

I was recently at the Planned Parenthood Elizabeth Health Center as a volunteer. I spent two hours at a table in the waiting room area. Although I did not receive services, I met many people who did, and I was able to observe (from afar) how the front desk staff interacted with patients because my desk was facing that area. I am sorry to see that A Google User had a bad experience at this health center. For my part, I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff at the front desk. Also, the waiting area was clean and comfortable with a water cooler and television for the patients waiting for services. My experience at the Elizabeth Health Center was very positive, and I look forward to volunteering there again.

Esto es lo peor en atencion Hace 5 meses me demoraron 5 horas ayer regrese y espere 2 horas para nada por que no me atendieron me dijeron q regresara al dia siguiente que me atenderian de primera a las 9 en este momento son las 9:51 y no han hecho pasa ni a la primera persona. Esto es lo peor hagan algo al respecto.

I was a patient for four years when I could not afford health care insurance. The staff on the phone is always rude. Then when you get there, you wait an hour or two for your appointment in the lobby and then an hour to seethe Doctor. They do manage to give you what you need, but its so aggag. Now when you try to switch doctors, it gets better and they can never tell you the right information when it comes to transferring your records. Ooverall, Im glad they exist for folks who can afford insurance, but Im glad that I have insurance now so I can go somewhere else.

I am transmale and suffer from PMDD which leads me to have overly emotional periods and I came in looking for some kind of birth control to get the issues under control. My doctors recommended Nexplanon due to some high blood pressure and within a week it was put in with no arguments or problems. Doctors usually make me nervous but the people I saw were very understanding. Also a nurse was willing to stay with me throughout my visits since being trans and seeing doctors for "female" things can be stressful. Overall, everyone here was very caring and very helpful.

I have been here several times. Very respectful staff always discreet. The only downside is the waiting room is small and if its busy there is really no sitting or standing room to go. But besides that its awesome. The waiting room is beautiful very chic it doesnt even feel like a doctors office. I went to the one in Newark one time since its closer to my house and I was mortified. I rather take the 10 minute ride to this one.

The staff was friendly and the nurse who treated me was heaven sent. She carefully explained everything to me including how to take the medication given and what I can expect. Overall I had a good experience. Thank-you to the ladies at this center who really looked after me.

I am waiting for this doctor to see me in the patient room and it has been 43 minutes and counting. Mind you all the time I had to wait in the waiting room. I have been here a total of 2 hours 13 minutes and I havent even seen the doctor yet. And I had an appointment!!!!!!!

Ms.Annette was the best of all time ,all the nurses I have dealt with are understanding and Annette went out her way to help me and make sure I was always comfortable. Everyone is extremely professional so grateful for this place and the people who work here

Unlike the NYC locations, Elizabeths phone lines connect you to a real person for same day appointments. The office admin staff wasnt very friendly or helpful, but the nurses were fantastic. Worth the trek if you need services immediately.
