We have been using Park Plaza since Dr. Johnson owned it and during Dr. Stephens internship. There are not enough word to describe how much our families appreciated her and the staff. They have helped us and our pets through some of the toughest and most painful decisions we have had to make. They have helped to keep our pets healthy and happy. This is just the coolest place. Came here in search for a vet with bulldog knowledge. After thoudands of dollars at other clinics and vets, she was finally able to diagnose Tex. They treat us like family and truly truly care about the well-being of your pet. I dont trust anyone else at all because now i am educated on bulldogs thanks to dr. and staff. They go above and beyond caring for animals day in and day out.

I took my cat there for the first time two years ago as a stray and they really took care of her. They made sure I knew what was going on and what was expected, and they even gave us a discount because she was a rescue pet. Now, I have a stray dog that is in definite need of some rescuing, and am scheduling an appointment today. I would recommend this clinic to any pet owner!

Dont waste your time going here. They quote a price over the phone and when you get there they will add on other charges and it will cost 3 times as much. Surprise !!!!! Also if you dont have the shot records with you (which they did not tell to bring) they will try to charge you for a new round of shots. Another surprise !!! I will be taking my business elsewhere !!!!!!!

Ive been taking my dogs there for over 6 years. Dr. Stephens and her staff are exceptional. Dr. Stephens took such good care of my english bulldog who had a list of chronic health issues. When it was time to let him go, she showed genuine compassion for my family and my beloved bulldog. I would highly recommend this clinic. Reasonable prices and excellent Dr.

My animals get the most professional, caring service there is. Doc and her staff are all very concerned and caring with all 4 of my critters. They are careful and also respectful of each pets specific needs. It really matters to me that my pets actually LIKE going to the vet! But more than anything, this clinic is I top of things and keeps my pets healthy!!

Wonderful staff, a doctor who goes above and beyond. I have seen Dr. Stephens take patients home with her at night if she doesnt feel good about them spending the night at the clinic. I have always received excellent service at a good price. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Hidden Gem! . I switched from Arkansas Browning to them. Their prices are much more affordable than just down the street. Both Dr. Stephens and Brandi are very knowledgable and friendly. Will definitely be telling all my friends to switch to them.

The Service is Excellent, but the way that Brandi treats her employees is very childish & unprofessional, humiliating your own staff in front of other people is uncalled for! I will be filling a reports to the BBB and to Labor Law!

One of the worst animal clinics ever. They are the caused of my 5 month old puppys death just bc I couldnt pay the full $1200 for a parvo test "we cant do anything if you arent gonna pay right now".

The price is decent and theyve been here a long time but the front reception girl will give you attitude so be prepared. They really should do training on customer service and explaining.
