To whom had posted previously: it is with great surprise that I find and reply to your posting personally. I hope you do realize that have you ever been at my offices I know that your posting is completely the opposite of our pratice philosophy and daily experience. when it related to your direct needs and if you ever felt insulted or mislead by anyone ever pls understand that any Doctors responsability is to inform their patients on their findings. when a patient has been advised that there is a cross bite, and perhaps periodontal disease the risk of tooth loss is higher and it is well documented in literature. If any of our doctors recommended orthodontics, the first choice is always INVISALIGN not braces. Under specific circumstances you will be directed to the braces choice. Prior to that, our Orthodontics would have an appoinment with you and you would have returned for that appoinment. You would normally have to have a treatment plan and surely a comprehensive periodontal theraphy that would include deep cleaning, medications and laser assisted periodontal theraphy. a complete review and a second opinion referral as needed. Monitoring your well being is our priority as a team. It is very intense your personal comments and I would suggest that you be more specific about the issues of MONEY and or issues of complains that the dental cleaning provided was as inadequate as perhaps tooth brushing at home. As a business you do recieve a treatment plan and a financial statement to make sure you understand your responsabilities. If this was such a horrible experience did you ever consider talking to the team directly, to the Doctor or the Hygienist? Were you given all your records back, did you request a financial audit or better off did you contact any one after your departure from the office? Did you reply to the email survey sent to you after your appoinment? we do recieve and take seriosuly our real patients and for this and many other reazons your posting seems to be from a non patient at any of the SMILE STUDIOS. Our patients are given many opportunities to immediately express their needs and concerns as well as to express their level of gratitude or comment on improvements needed. I met Dr. Raul Gonzalez at an event "Mujeres de Inspiracion" of Perla de Esperanza Foundation. It was very nice at first impression. I really have many dental problems but very afraid to visit any dentist in Miami..........However, few months later, I had an infection with lots of pain. Finally, during another event of Perla de Esperanza "Hombre de Inspiracion" I spoke with Dr. Raul and show him my face with the infection. Right there he told me: "Please call me office today so I can give you some medicine for the infection and make an appointment for me to see you"...To finish this.........Dr. Raul and his staff are the best of the best... Amables, profesionales, interesados en ayudarte y sobre todo: CONSCIENTE DEL PACIENTE!! Lo recomiendo y lo recomendare siempre porque gracias a Dios que me llevo a conocer al Dr. Raul Gonzalez y a todas las damas que trabajan alli.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE! i went b.c read some great reviews... the workers here are only interested in money. I went to have a cleaning. the dentist told me that b.c of my crossbite my teeth would fall out. are you serious?? they started telling me horrible things like oh get braces... when i said no they got upset. the cleaning i had sucked. if i wanted to brush my teeth i could have done it at home. really? they lie told me i have 2 cavities. i DIDNT i went somethere else and he told me that it was minor staining.this place does not care about patient. I was told by my now dentist that if i would have gotten braces (again i had them when i was 13) the roots of my teeth would be exposed leading to bone damage. which that causes teeth to fall out. DO NOT GO HERE!

Knowledgeable techs and staff that treat you with the utmost respect. State of the Art Facilities and Equipment. And Dr. Arias, the best dentist you will find on the planet in my opinion. I have been going to this office for a few years now but today I had a very difficult treatment. The Tech kept me informed every step of the way and she basically held my hand through it. Dr. Arias called me - HE CALLED ME AT MY HOME - at about 9:30PM to make sure I was OK. What doctor of any kind does that anymore? Not since the 1950s. Professional Grade Dentistry in every respect. Superb!

I had an awesome experience at my first appointment yesterday Sept. 19th. 2011 As soon as I finished filling out the paperwork they called me right in. Absolutely everyone from the staff was very pleasant, professional and friendly!!! They made me feel like I was a life long patient and that was my first visit!!! I am looking forward to starting my treatment next week and furthermore to have a perfect healthy smile!! I already made an appointment for my husband to go see them as well. Thank you for providing me with a terrific experience!!! Keep up the great job!!!!

The Best service. Dr Gonzalez saved my tooth without pain, really fast and at a reasonable cost (while other dentist only solution was to remove my tooth). I havent been there for a while (because of the distance from my home) but I have to return soon. I wish they open an office in Fort Lauderdale Thank you!

I cant speak about the doctor or his work but I decided not to even come here after one of the staff members was extremely rude and belittled me over the phone. Sadly, I did not get her name. After speaking to friends that have gone to this place, they seem to have the same reviews.
