BILTMORE DENTAL ASSOCIATES is the best! I want to express my sincere appreciation for the promptness and professional care given to my mother at BILTMORE DENTAL ASSOCIATES. My mother is elderly and diabetic. We were a little apprehensive about her dental treatment but Dr. Santana and all the staff made me us feel that she was in safe hands. Our experience at this facility was one of the best we have ever encountered. I also appreciated their follow-up and willingness to answer questions. Coming here is like dealing with trusted family. We would not consider changing dentist!

THEYRE LIARS, TRYING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT GENTLE AT ALL IN YOUR MOUTH. THEN THEY TOLD ME I HAD 4 CAVITIES AND MY GUMS WERE SWOLLEN THEY KEPT TRYING TO SELL ME SOME TYPE OF MOUTH WASH. AT FIRST I WAS SHOCKED, I COULDNT BELIEVE WHAT THEY WERE TELLING ME. SO I WENT TO ANOTHER DENTIST, AND I WAS RIGHT I DID NOT HAVE ANY CAVITIES, MY GUMS WERENT SWOLLEN AT ALL. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND THE MONEY. OH AND THEY TAKE FOREVER!

I absolutely love Biltmore Dental. The staff is very accommodating and nice and my dentist is the best :) The check in is very fast and they work arduously with your insurance to make sure you know your coverage prior to the procedure. They also have the capability to notify their patients of their appointments via text, which is highly convenient for people on the go, like me and my roommate, who is also a patient there. Thank you guys for all your hard work!
