Best experience ever!!!! I dont understand why people are so dramatic just to try and ruin a great business! Ive been going to doral dental partners since I was 10 years old the two same girls at the front desk are so nice and welcoming as soon as you walk in they greet you right away knowing your name, Once you sign in they call you up within seconds to pass you in for your dental treatment or your cleaning. Everything is so well explained in reference to your treatment needed and also how your insurance works also explaining co pays since your initial visit. They always try to avoid you spending thousands of $$$ on simple work that when attended to on time can be resolved with a simple filling rather then a root canal etc. I learned the hard way needing a root canal following with a crown for not taking care of the problem in time.( That the doctor and staff had been trying to warn me about). The doctor explained to me step by step what he was doing and even showed me with the camera how my tooth looked, the assistants were so gentle and super kind they always make me feel like family! Once the root canal was started the doctor prescribed an antibiotic and pain medication to my pharmacy. I returned the next week finished my treatment. NO PAIN AT ALL!! I decided to write a review to let all future patients know how awesome my dental office and staff are!! Btw any medical office you go to you will wait at least 30 mins to begin. But not mine !! Great place and environment!! Darling best Hygenist :)

*****VERY POOR RECEPTION CUSTOMER SERVICE****** The WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE you can EVER experience. The girls at the front desk is always eating and talks to you with her mouth full . They are extremely rude, poorly educated. I used to go only because Darlin the hygienist she does a great job and is very kind and nice and the Doctor that she is not longer there. Las personas mas mal educadas que pueden existir. Terrible la experience con las señoras en la recepcion, que poca educacion . Una de ellas la mas gordita con lentes de contacto siempre esta comiendo y te habla con la boca llena , cuando te habla por que no dice ni buenas. Minus 0 star . Menos 0 de estrellas.

I give a 0 review to this place. First able, making an appointment is a hazzle specially if it is closer to 5pm when they close, they answer 4:54pm and then pretended to hang up on me and put me on hold forever, what a bad experience, finally I made the appointment for me and my husband Jorge for August 10,2016 at 10am and 11 am and we have dental insurance which covers for exam, cleaning and x-rays, since this was a 0 payment they decided that my husband needed to change 6 fillings and 100 dollars for copay for each one and since we have the codes with us and we called our insurance we told the RUDE manager that we have 0 copayment, she didnt seem to be interested to pay attention to us, neither to call our insurance to verify but only to fight and telling my husband that he needed all this fillings done today, well we called our insurance and while on the phone I told the manager to take the call and she didnt want to talk to them. JUST TO TELL YOU THIS IS A BAD PLACE TO GO AND WANTS YOUR MONEY, by the way the dentist didnt even do a thorough exam just two x-rays instead of the whole mouth, I mean please, dont go there they need money, and if they try to charge us, I already called the insurance and told them about what they did not even cleaning because they want to charge us. very bad experience and place

I was in their miami lakes office once for wisdom teeth. they gave me a quick look. and then the lady came in with my "summary of what I needed". she said i needed deep cleaning sessions costing I think $300, and a cavity... and also for my wisdom teeth which was actually the reason for my visit, they said I could go to their expert oral surgeon, really good guy, blah, blah.. and they told me the price for the removal of the wisdom teeth would be $300.00 each. and i had to remove all 4 so my total $1200.00 for wisdom teeth extraction. i asked "well, I have insurance coverage, have you checked prices with the insurance?" they told me "yeah, thats with insurance".........i couldnt believe it so I didnt go back there again until a year later that my wisdom teeth really started bothering me. i called again and asked if I could be refered to a different oral surgeon because theirs was too expensive. then a lady told me. that it is because the oral surgeon does not take insurance!!... soo a year ago they were trying to make me believe my insurance was covering part of the surgery and that was the normal price.. and now i find out the REAL reason for this high rates. ... i wish someone could recommend a good dentist office... please... i am tired of dealing with these type of offices that only want your money.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE! They quoted me over $700 (with insurance) to remove two wisdom teeth and stated that I absolutely had to do this right away and it had to be done (Ive been going to them for over 2 years and this is when they tell my I have wisdom teeth). Since dentistry is not my area of expertise, I believed them, was a bit scared and was in a hurry to get the procedure done. I called my dental insurance provider that they told me that it shouldnt cost more than $250 to extract two teeth. So when I called the Dentist back, they finally told me their surgeon does not take my insurance (they were very reluctant to tell me this). So, I got a second opinion from another Dentist and they said that I did not have to take the teeth out after all. Doral Dental made it nearly impossible to get my x-rays and send a letter to the new Dentist stating which teeth required removal. Absolutely horrible customer service and they are only after to get your money. BE CAREFUL! NOT RECOMMENDED!

TENGO MUCHO MIEDO AL DENTISTA, POR ESO ME COSTO MUCHO TRABAJO ENCONTRAR UN DENTISTA K ME FACILITARA MI VISITA. CUANDO FUY A DORAL DENTAL PARTNERS LO PRIMERO K ME GUSTO FUE LA ATENCION DE LAS MUCHACHAS DE ADELANTE, FUERON MUY ATENTAS A TODAS MIS PREOCUPACIONES. AL PASAR Y COMENZAR MI TRABAJO LAS MUCHACHAS DE ATRAS ME EXPLICARON COMO FUNCIONABA EL GAS PARA RELAJARME, ACEPTE DE INMEDIATO. EL DR FUE MUY PACIENTE CONMIGO, PARA TODOS AQUELLOS K SUFRAN DE MIEDO AL DENTISTA LO RECOMIENDO AL 100%. MUY BUENA OFICINA.

Hace mucho tiempo deje de ir al dentista porque tuve una mala experiencia las muelas se empeoraron hasta que me recomendaron esta clínica del dorsal y lamento no haber ido antes porque estoy muy satisfecha con todo el personal cada vez q entro allí me encuentro muy segura y confiada es por eso que les recomiendo a todas las personas que le tengan miedo al dentista que vallan a foral dental parner

WARNING < KEEP AWAY FROM HERE> WARNING My 70 year old mother was referred by her insurance to this people for a crown. They made the crown to big that it bother her and then grind it down so much that they had to grind the other teeth next to it and ruined the whole bridge. Now my poor mother cannot eat or even talk without the bridge coming out of her mouth. She complained and demanded they fix it and the Dentist/Dr owner asked her to shut up and challenged her to sue him. Charged the whole $1,200 for a bad job and kick her out. The staff is rude and take advantage of senior citizens and charge their insurance false invoices to get paid for it. BE AWARE!
