Went in for a free consultation (referred by a friend) on a breast augmentation. The office is beautiful and the staff is so nice. Waited in the room for about 35 mins after watching a video on Dr. Mirafattis revolutionary procedure to reduce healing time and pain... which got me excited as his special was $2900 with no fees. The tech came in, she was nice, and looked and said I would be a good candidate. Then waited another 30 mins for the Dr. He came in, started talking money instantly and wouldnt answer my questions unless I booked the date, put down a non-refundable $350 deposit then paid $500 towards the extra fees on the surgery (even though the special said no extra fees) to pay for a pre-op appointment at which time he would answer questions and talk size. He said he wouldnt spend the time doing it now because if I dont pay we have to start over the consultation process if I came back ( which I wont.) Then when I tried explaining that I liked his technique but have another consultation scheduled next week and am not ready to place a deposit, he got up and started to leave the room telling me that anyone else will just go under the breast and mess it up and wont explain it to me. I was shocked. Never in my life have I been so quickly dismissed for not throwing close to $1000 at someone. This is SURGERY which you have not explained the risks or procedure to me since I havent paid... why would I commit? Horrible bedside manner so no chance in hell I would let that douche near my breasts!!!

3 of my girlfriends and I went to this Mira Med Spa and were very unhappy with the lack of concern for sanitation and professionalism. First off injections take 10 to 20 minutes yet we were there for 2 hours. Second, while injections were being giving twice the receptionist walked in asking for payment. Sorry but I have a needle in my face and how about you dont distract the nurse. The nurse did not wash her hands when she walked in the room or in between touching my friends face and mine. The needles used were throw on the counter. I received botox and have big bumps on my forhead and a Terrible bruise near my eye, I have never had this reaction before and have been receiving botox treatments for years. Two of my girlfriends got their lips done one is uneven and the other has very unflattering results as only her lip line was done. Lastly it was one of our friends first time getting botox and right as the nurse went to put the needle to her forhead she said gosh, "I shouldnt have drank that coffie my hands kind of shaky." No one is laughing this was a horrifying experience. DONT GO TO THIS MED SPA.

The staff is great and work well with the wonderful and talented Dr. M to provide an overall experience of harmony and comfort at all times while undergoing treatment, and after! Recently & suddenly, my personal & professional schedule has become a challenge along with transportation availability, due to the sudden loss of both our family vehicles, yet the staff and Dr. always accommodated my unintentional last minute changes and did so in a polite, effective manner. They even went so far as to help offset the cost of UBER rides to and from my appointments. Im thrilled to be a patient here, and cant wait to recommend Mira Aesthetica Medical Center & Day Spa to anyone in need of a literal, or figurative, "pick me up!" I decided to have a breast augmentation after having 2 childern and I had been researching doctors for years. I decided on Dr. Mirrafati. The staff is awesome, very personable and you feel at home almost instantly when you walk in the door. I needed extra work on one of my breast to correct some damage from breast feeding. Dr. Mirrafati was very through and went over what would be done step by step. I had my breast done in May 2014 and I am very pleased with the results. Given I went from a B to DDD I was concerned that they may not look right, turns out they are perfect. I have had a few people comment on how amazing they look. When one of my friends saw them she went to see Dr. Mirrafati for a consultation and had hers done a month later. We are both stoke with our results.

It doesnt get any better than this place! Dr. Mirrafati is amazing! He is an artist and he definitely knows what hes doing. The staff is incredible too. I have been going to Mira Aesthetic for many years and after 2 surgeries and many office visits I have never been disappointed! Janet is always there with a smile and so incredibly helpful, shes awesome! The entire staff is great and I always look forward to my visits. Ive referred many people and will keep doing so!

The people that work the front desk are not professional at all they sound like wannabe Cholas I ask them questions about my procedures the girls act like they do not have no clue what they are doing. They would say I will call you back to follow up with you and they do not . One office staff said she got work done to her breast but when I seen them they were hanging down to her ankles this office is a joke I will not get anything done here

Dr. Mirrafati and his staff are especially genuine and concerned with your overall health and experience. He works late hours and ensures that you get the best treatment he can offer based on his books he has written on breast augmentation and cosmetic surgery. The office is pleasant and relaxing. Mira Aesthetics Owner, Dr. Mirrafati, is also affiliated with Mira Properties LLC.If you dont believe Samanthas prior post regarding unsanitary and unprofessional behavior I would search The OC Register for an article regarding a Tustin home being declared unsafe due to 39 (health and safety) violations. If you choose to disregard, best of luck to you at that "sanitary and professional" facility.

My consultation went Great! The staff was awesome and very welcoming. Doctor Mirrafati noticed that I was nervous, he really made me feel comfortable. He took his time to explain the whole proceeder. I would definitely recommend Mira Aesthetic Medical Center and Day Spa!
