Rarely do I give 1 Star for any place, but boy did jewett earn it. First, they give you some nurse to evaluate you, see how bad youre hurt. 2 I had an MRI. The process, people, and machinery reminded me of what Id see in a movie from the 90s. 3 I come back to get my MRI results and the MD that did look at it basically said "not torn." Thank you, captain obvious 4 These results were read to me by a nurse, same nurse as before. Keep in mind that Ive now had three appointments so they keep hitting my insurance and Co_pay. 5 Started physical therapy. It costs 60 dollars a week for some person to stand over you (and another person. They train two at a time) making sure you stretch well, 2 times a week. 6 Scheduled an appointment with a real MD for six weeks out to see how I felt. The appointment is for 8am, the waiting room is packed. He hasnt seen MRIs and I have to go to work at some point. Overall, this organization is a money making scam. Find literally anyone else to help with your pain.

I am thoroughly pleased with JOC. I have seen P.A.C. Skip Repass 3 times at two different locations: once as a next day appointment in Lake Mary right before Christmas and twice in the Ocoee office. Each time has been a serious pleasure and learning experience. In each of my appointments, he took the time to explain in detail what was wrong with me. He spent over 20-30 minutes with me each time explaining in detail with a back model what was going on, how to heal, answering all 10,000 of my questions and what expectations I should have. He is approachable, honest and truly wants to see me get better. I have recommended all of my friends and family to JOC and will be coming back as needed. JOC is quick to schedule on short notice and truly does care for their patients as does P.A.C. Skip Repass. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Biggest scam of my life with the worse pain of my life. I went in there with serious back and sciatic pain I could barely walk for 2 months. They did an X-ray which he told me after wont show anything but still did it. Thats $400 they got right there. Then prescribed me pain killers that didnt work so they just prescribed me a different kind. After that they just sent me in circles. I Went to take an MRI and he claimed he sees something " small " but not enough for the pain Im in. Then told me I dont know whats wrong with you and started referring me to physical therapy and to get a steroid shot in my back. I get to physical therapy its $40 a session 3 times a week! Jewett is a scam. All they want to do is refer you to as many places as possible and as many procedures as possible. Again why did I need an X-ray? Never go here.

Walk in appt. was helpful, but not worth the aggravation you experience after you need follow up treatment, after waiting 22 minutes for call center, she totally messed up all the information, scheduled us for the wrong Doctor, we waited an hour and a half only to be told that we needed to see another doctor in another office, and the first open appt. was 3 weeks away. Had to pay another 50.00 to hear this information. I do not recommend using this office.

Never made it to the office. Had to deal with someone named Erin in a call center who was totally useless. Gave me wrong fax number for referral, waited 2 days to hear and never did. My Dr confirmed on 2 different occasions that they sent the referral over and yet nothing. I have yet to get through to the Maitland office. I decided to move on. I dont want to spend my time with this group dealing with a HOTLINE for my care.

I have been on the telephone now for more than an hour attempting to get someone in *any* Jewett office to answer the phone. No one picks up. None of the extensions they provide are n service. None of the options they give in their voice response are valid. Entering a "0" starts the menu all over, and the operator/attendant never answers. They must be out of business.

The Jewett Physical Therapy clinic is a joke. Its a one size fits all blanket style approach. I wish I could rate their services as zero stars. They have terrible customer service (the therapists, not the front desk ladies), and it is no mystery to me as to why their rating is so low on this page. Id find another clinic if I were you.

Jewett has been great at all locations - Dr. Billings specifically performed successful knee and shoulder surgery for my father in law. He also accurately diagnosed a hip problem i was having when other organizations were stumped. Dr. Feneshel did a great job with my wifes wrist. Nothing but positive things to say about this clinic

you can never get a hold of anyone on the phone. When you do have an appointment, you are in the waiting room FOR HOURS. When you finally see the Dr., "there is nothing they can do" to help you
