Be prepared to wait 4 times as long as your actual appointment. Consistently we had to wait nearly 60 minutes to be seen for a total of 15 minutes (which included borderline rude exams by dentist). We had a total of 3 visits spanning 18 months in the hopes that their "scheduling shortages" would work out. No changes over that time. We moved to another Pediatric Dentist and the professional environment and excellence of staff are WORLDS different. Glad we made the decision to leave Kidz Dental.

Nice office with iPads on the walls for kids and two small tables with toys for little ones, bathroom is always clean and dental techs are always sweet with all my kids, not usually much of a wait can be in and out in about an hour with four kids. Definitely recommend this place. 1 con would be that some of the chairs have been sat on too many times, but the bright side is that you wont be here too long.

Good Morning, As a behavioral health counselor of alexander youth network I must say that "Kids Dental Central" is a great atmosphere for our clients. The staff is friendly and shows exceptional patience for our children. I would highly recommend this place for any child especially for theIr first visit. In fact I have scheduled my own child for a visit after observing their spectacular customer service!

This is absolutely the worst place ever. The dentist YELLED at my child and was really rude to me and my childs father. We went in for what was supposed to be 2 fillings..and turned out to be 4 metal caps. And today one of my sons metal caps fell off!! He doesnt eat hard candy or foods!! I will never be going back here.

My sons experience at this dentist was the WORST!!!!!!! The dental hygienist was cool....but that damn DENTIST WAS VERBALLY RUDE TO MY 5 YEAR OLD CHILD!! DO NOT...I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD (REN) HERE!!!

Great practice, they attended my kids amazingly. Definatley going to have my kiddos keep coming here. Worked in a timeley manner and were able to squeeze in my lil one. I soooo recommend this dentist
