The staff at East Village Foot and Ankle are AMAZING and SO helpful! I had been struggling with my condition for years and had seen so many other providers that just wanted to give me another medication, but never wanted to fix the problem. Dr. Raatz took the time to listen to me and everything I had been experiencing and offered treatment that was finally affective! I would have surgery with him again any day. He really cares and I never felt alone or clueless when interacting with him or his staff! My ankle no longer bothers me on my 2 mile runs that I am required to do for the military... Such a wonderful feeling to be fixed!

Dr Raatz and his staff are amazing! They made my entire family feel at ease. My daughter was 13 and had to have an ankle procedure to repair damage done when she broke it at a young age. He understood the importance of getting her back to normal quickly at the same time maintaining her ability to continue dancing, running track and playing volleyball. He also took such great care of my younger son who broke his ankle and foot while playing football. Youd never know anything happened. He really cares about his patients and only wants the best!! Thanks Dr Raatz!!

I am so grateful to the staff at East Village Foot and Ankle for the help and amazing customer service they have given me. I was looking for a place to find a replacement for a brand of shoe insert I wear. I live in Wisconsin and was looking at nearby locations that I know I would be in at least once a year. I called East Village, they invited me in to try out the inserts to make sure I got the right size, and offered to ship me inserts after that when I need them. Now I dont need to travel back, and several years later my feet are still happy!

I am thoroughly impressed with Dr. Raatzs office. His staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Raatz is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares. I suffer from plantar fasciitis-- the inserts he gave me have really made a difference. I am comfortable asking questions and knowing that I will receive the answers I need.
