Dr Z has been my doctor for over 15 years and has done well for me. His staff-Kathy and the others do well also. Dr Z will listen to questions, concerns and give you the answers/advice you are looking for without being judgemental if you have a lot of issues to bring up. He has successfully helped me on a number of health issues over the years. When things need to be researched further he knows what specialists you need to see. I had switched to a different doc when we had moved closer to a different clinic awhile back. I am back to Dr Z now for many years~ It has been worth my while to make the slightly longer trip back to Dr Z as I had to let the other doctor go-she was newer and, for me, lacked the experience and wisdom you want and get from someone like Dr Z. Im totally confident and comfortable with Dr Z and his staff.

I have been going to this clinic for more than 5 plus years. I have seen Dr. Deal, Dr. Z, Dr Bergstrom and a few others. They are amazing doctors! They listen and really do and even show you they care about your health. Dr. Bergstrom is my primary and has been for a very long time! His nurse Liz is amazing as well and always makes you smile. Now as for the female providers I wont go to them for anything. I refuse to see them. Ive seen them a few times and my experience was horrible. They were rude and very unprofessional! But thats my only complaint at that Fairview! So I know you will have a great experience with the drs I have seen (male drs). And if you send mychart questions they get back to asap most of the time! As for getting lab results sometimes it does take a few days..but no place is perfect

The physical therapy department was staffed by great people. Dr. "Z" who has been mentioned in other reviews was thorough, but only after fifteen minutes of convincing him I wasnt there just to get pain killers for my back pain. He just didnt believe me and that was a huge turn off to this place. Ive had back pain for over ten years and that was my first time at the doctor for it, I was there to get it fixed.

Every time I call, it takes at least 15 minutes to talk to someone, sometimes much longer.... This seems to be a problem that has persisted for several years looking at other reviews. If actually reaching your health care provider is important to you, then look elsewhere. Fairview if you are reading this, then hire some more people to answer phones...

Dont go here if you have a problem that involves pain because the doctors here are also scared of opiates that they will not prescribe you opiates. They would rather have you take 3600 mg of ibuprofen and 3000 mg of Tylenol every day thats destroying your liver rather than give you the opiates you need to control your pain. I freaking hate this place.

Seriously the worst place ever to call. I havent had one time (out of 15 calls now) that I didnt wait at least 30 minutes on hold just to speak to someone. Who ever is staffing that place clearly needs to be fired. So infuriating to be ignored for that long. You think I have time to sit on hold for 30 minutes?

Ive now been on hold for more than 35 mins and Im STILL HOLDING!!! Im calling to check on test results that were never sent to me. With all the patients Fairview clinics have, youd think they could afford to hire more people to schedule appointments. I cant wait to change providers.

I have seen Dr.Deal for over 10 years he has gotten to know me and my whole family by name and I live over a hour away and I refuse to switch doctors thanks to all his nursing team for making my family feel like we are important every time we walk in there

The first indicator should be that the phone system required 10 levels of menus to get to one that promised to speak to a human. After 15 mins of obnoxious elevator music, a machine answered to tell me that no one was available then hung up.

OMFG!!! how long does it take to answer your phones??? How many people are sitting there calling this hospital to the point where every time I call it takes a minimum of 15 minutes before I HANG UP and call unity. Eff this

I highly recommend Dr. Bergstrom. He is wonderful with my girls, and listens and address all concers. He includes my daughters and makes the appointments about them, and not just me talking to him.

Dr. Z may be knowledgeable, but he is unprofessional in other regards; he is pompous, rude, and completely lacking in bedside manner. I will NOT be seeing him again and cannot recommend him.

Wait for 20 minutes only to be transfered to the wrong number. Call back, another ten minutes. When I do get a hold of someone, they tell me theyll "get back in touch". Still waiting.

A nice but old clinic. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. What I dont like is the handicap parking. In the winter it can be a very scary trip across that lot.
