Worst Experience Ever Ever, I am Monica Medina and my husband is in the military we were recommended by the Mitchel Field Health Center, but the staff dont have any idea whatever they are doing over there, they prescribed me a strong medicine for my face and they never gave any directions how to apply this medicine on my face ,and then my skin reacted really bad and I called them back and the card and they didnt any idea who I was, they also gave the wrong business card with the wrong dermatologist who actually looked at me that day, instead of gave me cleanser samples they gave moisturizers I went back to get the right samples and the staff is so root, so mean and so insensitive, when I got the right samples back the old lady threw them at me on my hand, I wont recommend this place at all anybody, worst experience ever ever.

I cant say how disgusted I am with the lack of understanding and compassion with the staff, making me call office to office with the same result which was ZERO....this was urgent but the staff obviously didnt see it that way....great job....Ill bring my family to someone who actually cares. ZERO STARS is too good. Favorite words ..."cant ; wont ; well......" My suggestion? Find an office where they say "let me try..." The result is always better.....Zero customer service...go somewhere else where they will actually help and care....I did ..

Craig is a caring knowledge dermatologist whose first concern is the health and emotional well being of his patient which is not true of many healthcare professionals today . And yes he returns your calls in a timely fashion and actually listens to your concerns and quickly acts on them!
