I was referred by PhysicianOne urgent care to this place. As written in other posts, the doctor spends less than 1 minute with patient and the prescription is handed over by nurse. I already had used several medications which had not worked but he prescribed the same medicine with an additonal ingredient and said it will work. After 21 days, I went again and he spent less than 30 seconds with me. Again, the nurse handed over samples of tubes which is not approved by FDA. The sample tubes made the condition much worse. I realized when my insurance declined the payment. The medication was not only unapproved by FDA but also apparently known to be neurotoxic. Nothing was explained to me and a nurse just handed over the medicine. Never go to this place.

I would never go again here. The service is too bad and the doctor barely spends time to listen to what u say. The nurse took a note of my skin complaints and the Dr spent less than 2 mins. I had a plenty of questions for the Dr but he seem to be of too much of hurry

Great experience(s) with Dr. Godwin for me and my kids! Highly recommend. Great doctor with great bedside manner. Ive been to both the Norwalk and Shelton offices -- Ive never had to wait long for my appointment and I get all the time I need with the Dr.

They trash, your better off going somewhere else, you get better customer service at subway than here at this location Ill tell you that now.
