Okay, I read all the reviews and thats to say I been there and Ive done that. Okay kids... Back in the 1970s and 1980s you got an appointment, saw the doctor, and off you went no explaining your pain, no advice, not a thing. Now a days the doctors spent more time with their patients, explaining things, then you tell your story, your pain, he gives you advice, referrals, samples if available. I rather wait 3 up to 4 hours, get "Excellent" service, with someone who listens, explain, and advices me and my family. Anyway doctor your doing a "Great" job. So what if I have to wait. Like I said been there and Ive done that. San Antonio, Texas has grown tremendously and now comes the waiting time. I give you a 5 star. Thanks.. : )

Zero, Im done with this office. My son has been sick for two weekends in a row, he went to this office first. Got sick again following weekend, called that Monday morning early and they are all booked, only one dr coming in they say & the dr was coming late, how are they booked first thing in the morning. Wouldnt you save slots for sick patients? So i have to take my son to an urgent care center on that Monday, I call them today because my son having an allergic reaction, again no appt available. Both times they want to send me to another location, but why do you have this location at all??? Do they only use it mainly for well visits or what? My son still sick, im looking for another pediatrician, this is ridiculous.

Not a good place for first time moms. Im a first time mommy to a four month old son and I havent had the best experiences there. Nurses are very friendly.. but dr is not. She is very outright and sort of rude. Like any first time mommy, I had questions. Her responses were very rude and made me feel worthless. Of course I have baby books but I had just had my baby and was very new to motherhood (not to mention exhausted, fresh out of the hospital) so it took everything in me not to cry during my well baby visits. Not a pleasant experience. Looking for new pediatrician

MADE AN APPOINTMENT TWO MONTHS AGO, I CALL BECAUSE I DIDNT RECEIVE A PHONE CALL, TO MAKE SURE I STILL HAD AN APPOINTMENT AND THE RECEPTIONIST SAYS "I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL YOU, WE NEED TO RESCHEDULE BECAUSE THE DOCTOR HAS HALF A DAY ON FRIDAYS" . THEY CLAIM THEY HAD A WRONG NUMBER. I HAVENT EVEN BEEN THERE AND ALREADY IM HAVING A BAD EXPERIENCE!!! I EXPLAINED I TOOK OFF FROM WORK AND THEY STILL COULDNT DO ANYTHING TO HELP ME.

I would give zero if I could! This office used to be so amazing...but since they have joined a "group" the wait is 1-2 hours past your appointment time, scheduled an appointment is months in advance. ..I spend most of my time in urgent care when my kids are sick due to this office having no time or space. AFTER 3 YEARS I AM DONE HERE!

I take my kids there for vaccinations and wellnesses visits. The staff is nice if you treat them nice. Ive had nothing but good things. The only thing bad are the patients that ghetto this place up.
