After waiting in the waiting room 40 mins past my appt. time I went to the front desk to find out what was going on and about how much longer it would be. I was given the standard answer of "The doctor is running behind and youre next." She then told me "It hasnt been an hour." And I told her that I was aware of that and that I never said it was, I said it was 40 mins past my appt time and that I needed an idea of how much longer because I have 2 children at home with someone and I cant just leave them indefinitely. She then told me that ALL doctors offices are this way and that 9 time out of 10 at any given doctor you will be waiting at least this long if not longer. WHAT?!?!? This, of course, is absolute BS. I told her "I am 43 years old and have been seeing doctors as an adult for 20 plus years and you are ABSOLUTELY wrong. This is excessive and I dont understand why the only time that seems to be valuable is the doctors. If Im more than 15 mins late or dont cancel with 24 hours notice you charge me an office visit but you expect me to wait until you get to me, whenever that may be." She again reiterated that that is standard among all doctors offices. So, I let her know that I had two other dr.s appts that day and the longest I had waited was 15 mins past my appt. time. She told me they must have been specialists. Nope...a pediatrician and a gyno...two offices with plenty of reasons to run behind. I told her that I would just like a refund so I could leave. She told me that they would do it this time but would be notating my chart and they would not do it again. I told her that was no problem since I wouldnt be back. Rudeness off the charts!! And so unprofessional. I would avoid this place like the plague!!

The wait time is ridiculous.Always and I am talking always 3 to 4 hours because they always over book, Patients need to back to work cant be spending 4 hours at a Drs office, I just feel they need to get organized. The front staff are nice, Doesnt seem like they want to be there, the little girl that does apt never smiles she is just there no energy, Diana she is actually the sweetest, nurse are nice as well, if you dont have time to take regular appointments dont have a walk in, I went as a walk-in and again waited 1 hour and 1/2 taking all well patients and didnt care if you were sick and did not communicate to the patient that this how long the wait time be absolutely nothing, they just be. Wait time needs working on. In and out people,

Ive been coming here for a couple years now and its always a great experience. The front desk staff are friendly and the nurses are polite and knowledgeable. Myself and my college-aged kids have never had issues with long waits or experienced overbooking patients. PA Mendez is very caring and he knows his stuff. As long as they accept my insurance, I will continue to get my medical care at this office.

Never get to see the actual MD, NP and PAC refuse to treat with antibiotics. And they run unnecessary tests frequently just to rack up the bill. Not a good dr office at all. Though, I have always found the front desk women very courteous.
