"These people bought the practice from Dr. Moser, who was a great doctor. They immediately turned it into a cash machine. They lied to my husband and told him after getting care regularly from Dr. Moser he had periodontal disease. That was an outright lie, they said it to force him to spend thousands of dollars on a DEEP DESCALING that he didnt need. Not only is this procedure expensive it is incredibly painful. Thankfully my husband found our old Dentist Dr. Mosers home number and called him and asked him for another dentist he could recommend. He recommended another Dr. who took one look at my husbands teeth and told him they were in great shape and that he ABSOLUTELY DID NOT HAVE THIS PERIODONTAL DISEASE. Too many Dentists are con artists and these people are cons. The Google reviews they have are all from when Dr. Moser ran the practice if you look at the most recent they are all 1 star. I suppose they had to open a new Yelp account and that is why I am the first review." My original review.

The staff told us that they would submit a claim for elective treatment on my gums to my primary insurance Blue Cross Blue Shield and my secondary insurance MetLife prior to the procedure. After the procedure they would only submit to my primary, Blue Cross Blue Shield, which did not cover any of the cost (MetLife would have covered a significant portion of the procedure). The reason why they would not submit to MetLife? They simply said that they have a discretionary office policy option to submit to the secondary carrier. Therefore, I had to pay for the elective procedure myself. If they were truthful in the beginning about only submitting to my primary I would have not had the procedure done. After a short discussion about my dissatisfaction I clearly told the staff I will NEVER come back. A few months later I received a "no show" bill for 30.00. I received no courtesy reminder. I called two days ago to have them waive the charge and they refused. Very dissatisfied.

I have had a terrible phobia of the Dentist for over 20 years and My first few experiences there were great. My last experience I was in for he first pet of a root canal. After getting the local anesthesia the dentist left me for approximately 20 minutes or more to work on another patient. When he returned he began the procedure it was fine until he started drilling futher and I get pain. He leads to tell me that isnt possible and I am saying to myself how he hell would you know you dont feel the pain. He began to drill more and I felt more pain. He couldnt finish the initial part of the procedure because of a lot of bleeding. My issue with this is that if you are giving someone dental surgery you should focus on that one individual and not jump patient to patient. I decided not to go back to this practice because of this and the worst of it Dr. Moser is the President of the Dental Board in the State of Maryland.

I had a GREAT 1st visit experience with Dr. Moser and his team on June 26th!!! Everyone was SO friendly and made you feel comfortable. I found the dental hygenist to be VERY informative and she took her time explaining things in detail to me. I did not fee like I was being rushed just so the doctors could get to the next patient. I TRULY feel comfortable with this staff and will return for my follow up treatments. Another reason I feel comfortable with Dr. Moser? He went to school with the dentist I was seeing before moving to the Bowie area! I DEFINATELY feel that I was put into Dr. Mosers care for a reason. :-)

I am very happy with seeing Dr. Moser. I tend to be a more nervous patient while at the dentist (nothing to do with the staff, office, or Dr.) but Dr. Moser knows that and helps talk to me which eases some of my nerves. I am thankful for how calming and genuine he is.

Dr. Moser does such a great job and helps talk me through any dental procedures that I may need. I am not a huge fan of the dentist but Dr. Moser is great! I would definitely recommend him to anyone that just moved here or anyone looking for a new dentist.

I was a new patient, came in for a routine cleaning but did not like the way it was done, had to pay $70 out of pocket and my insurance was billed for services not rendered. This was about 2 yeas ago, Dr Moser was still there.... Not a good experience!
