This place is terrible! I would NOT recommend coming here for dental service. On my first visit, they saw me 20 minutes late. I came in for a teeth cleaning, and they did x-rays, but were not going to do the cleaning. There was also a price discrepancy. I was then told I needed several fillings replaced. I scheduled the appointment and came in. I had asked for a price estimation before I arrived, and one was provided. The dentist ended up doing an additional tooth without asking me, and they attempted to charge me a different price for the original two teeth. Its a poorly run business and the customer service is absolutely horrible. Find a dentist that respects and appreciates your business.

I went there due to a really bad cavity. They had a very fast and efficient staff, although that evening there was this girl named Reyna who was working who was extremely helpful. I wasnt used to the nice hospitality at a dental office. She checked me in and made sure everything was up to date. Setting up appointments with her wasnt a hassle at all she made sure I was in good hands. Reyna is a very good worker, I believe that she is such a wonderful asset to New Family Dental. Looking forward to my up coming appointments and this wonderful service!!

I didnt even go in for my appointment, the dentist left because I was late??? My appointment was at 5:30, but according to them it was 5? When my appointment card says 5:30. The receptionist tried turning the cards and tried to make me the guilty party. Horrible place, this is not a good start if your trying to start up a new business...I do not recommend it go somewhere else where they treat the customer with respect. I only gave this place 1 star because its the only way you can write a review...

COMENTARIOS FALSOS!!! FAKE REVIEWS!!! The front desk lady is not Reyna, it is Irene! Other reviews say "nurses"??? All the reviews are within 1-2 weeks.... STAY AWAY!! This office said my insurance would cover my dental work but they lied to me, it didnt! I will NOT be coming back anytime soon.

Reyna the receptionist is such a lovely girl and such a hard worker! She made my experience there pleasant with her welcoming attitude. Its rare when Im satisfied with a receptionists service and hospitality care being that I was a receptionist as well. Great job, Reyna!

My family and I went there to fix my sisters teeth, and all of the staff were very kind and courteous to us, especially the girl at the front desk, whos name I believe is Reyna. I very much recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality dental office.
