They have become family to our family. I first saw Dr. Mike about 15 years ago when I needed an emergency root canal. They got me that afternoon & took good care of me. Since then, I have had 2 children. When both kids were little, they would let me keep them on my lap. The children would watch & ask questions while they cleaned my teeth. Once they were 2, my kids had no problem with having their teeth cleaned. They accommodate our family nicely by scheduling our cleanings at the same time. The kids see one hygienist while Im seeing the other. Im grateful to them for making going to the dentist a pleasant experience for my kids.

The Waukegan Family Dental Center is truly "family" focused. From the time my children were toddlers to now in their teen years they have made them comfortable. We have been patients for many years and find the full staff both courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dr. Michael Papendick!

Dr. SAAD was amazing!!!. Everyone was very nice and polite ...Everything went great got my teeth cleaned and removed 3 teeth didnt hurt a bit!!!!.... They explained everything throughout.I totally recommend this place I was in and out fast....Thanks
