Based on a significant fear I have of dentists (past experiences at multiple locations) I only made the appointment for this visit based on a significant pain I was having. My wife began to use the Andover Cosmetic Dental Group in 2014, and also has a very positive opinion of the entire business. The experience I had was HANDS DOWN the best experience I have EVER had with a dentist, in all aspects of the visit. The reception area and overall office were impeccably clean and well maintained. Technology is present throughout the facility and it feels modern in every way. The receptionist was helpful and attentive. STELLAR service was given by both the Dentist and his Assistant - which I cannot say enough about. They were both a phenomenal team, and took GREAT care to help me with my fears and also help me with the issue I was having. They were great to talk to, and (very important) fun and sarcastic, which helps me significantly. The guidance I was provided moving forward was clear and well presented, and I had no concerns or questions with respect to the knowledge and professionalism demonstrated by the team. I would not hesitate to recommend Andover Cosmetic Dental Group to anybody and will happily return for continued care.

I went to Dr.Sweeney for a second opinion about what I felt was a bad implant Id gotten from a different dentist. Although there was no fee for the brief visit, Dr. Sweeney was extremely thorough and impeccably kind, patient, and answered every question I had - and I had many. His advice in the end was to have the people who did my initial implant redo it, because he would want to redo it if it were his work. Whereas I could have the implant fixed by my former dentist for free, if I possibly could, if I had any spare cash at all (which I dont) I would much rather pay Dr. Sweeney (an extremely reasonable fee) to redo it instead. Clearly very knowledgeable and apparently, as other patients have confirmed, a gifted dentist.

I came to this office several years ago with a lifetime of dental phobia and have recieved the least traumatic treatment of my life. Ive seen all of the practitioners in the office, and each one has been unfailingly professional and meticulous in delivering high quality of dental care - along with their integrity in referring my more complicated issues to a specialist outside the office. Everyone who works in this practice (with a special shout out to Wendy and Courtney in the front office) wins top marks for warm and compassionate customer service and accountable patient care. I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone with dental phobias and complex dental issues.

I shadowed the practice for 4 months and I had a wonderful learning experience. The entire team is extremely competent and patient friendly. I was highly impressed with the quality and the precision of the dental services provided by the dentists here, and I knew right away that this is my office of choice for getting all my dental needs addressed. I needed a composite filling the other day and Dr Sweeney did an impeccable job. I have taken shots before but this time, i did not feel it at all. The procedure was very smooth, quick and comfortable. His assistant Julie is a sweetheart. She made me feel so relaxed. Thank you so much guys. I am so glad I found you.

I cant begin to describe how incredibility grateful I am to everyone at Andover Dental. I was in a precarious situation where I needed a lot of dental work done because of a job transition and DR. Sweeney and Rachel and all of the incredible staff made sure I had everything done the same day they all worked extra hours to complete my makeover. I showed up at 10:30 Am with what my wife called the "Grinches teeth" and by 7pm I had an incredible smile. I have hid my smile for years and in my career this is detrimental. Thanks to Dr. Sweeney , Rachel and all the staff, I can continue the job hunt with confidence and an awesome smile. I cant say enough !!

I found the office via google and am extremely pleased with my experience at the office. The atmosphere is very happy and relaxing, unlike any other office I have been to. The receptionists were helpful and very friendly. The hygienist I saw was very thorough, gentle and informative. She did not hurry through the appointment like I have experienced in other offices. I had and exam with Dr. Miller who was thorough and really takes the time to explain everything. Dr. Miller replaced some fillings and did veneers for me. Everything went well and I love my new smile. Never felt a thing!!!! I have only terrific things to say!!!!!

I have always had fantastic customer service and care at Andover cosmetic dental group. Each hygienist has been really friendly and careful to check-in and make sure you felt comfortable. Dr. Gordon has an effortless way of making you feel like he really cares about your dental health and your overall experience. The office doesnt feel like a "facility" but much more clean and welcoming for a relaxing experience. I have been impressed with watching the staff handle nervous patients with patience and understanding and I have recommended them to my family and friends. They are definitely the best around!

We are new to the area and my two kids 4 and 5 need to have their cavity taken care of. I have done lots of research and found Andover Cosmetics Dental group and saw all the good reviews about Dr. Sweeney. Dr. Sweeney gives us free consultancy, then we scheduled first appointment with Dr. Sweeney for my little one. He has done an amazing job to fill the cavity, and boy was totally happy and willing to come back again. They are not pediatric dentist, but you can definitely bring your kids here. You will be in good hand. All the staff also are very professional and kind.

They were prompt in keeping my appointment time, provided a plan for me, double checked my dental insurance to make sure all my services were covered. I never thought I would not hate going to the dentist but Andover Dental makes it an experience I have never had before, the staff is wonderful and does everything to make you comfortable. My dentist had retired and a broke a temporary tooth in the front and the dentist that took has place said it would take 2 weeks to fix so naturally I sought a new dentist and found Andover Cosmetics who took me next day and fixed it better than what was there before. I will always recommend them to anyone.
