I hoped to have a better experience here, but I will not be back or recommend this location. I felt the doctor wasnt willing to take the time to answer any of my questions. I also was annoyed when I had questions about what was covered with my benefits. The representative told me they would not know until the day of. Against my better judgement I kept my appointment and went here anyway. They do have a decent selection of glasses, however they do not have rayban as advertised on the visionworks website. I will not be coming back here for another yearly visit. Update: My second visit here was even worse, I was speaking with some from coustomer service and saw the manager coming over, I thought she was coming over to resolve my issue. Instead she rudely slammed the door. Im only giving this place one star because you cant give it 0.

I liked it better in Garwood. The people there were very nice. At this place, it just seemed weird. The women working their seemed to always be talking about people (gossip). They called us and told us our glasses were ready, then we went in and the lady said "Oh no. They wont be ready until...I dont know a few days..." WHY DID YOU CALL ME THEN. My cousins had the same problem.

The exam itself was fine but they were very pushy for me to order my contacts. I wasnt going to order them without comparing prices, etc. After the follow up exam a week later, once again very pushy and they didnt even give me a copy of my prescription. I left and realized how wrong that was and went back and got a copy of it. I wont be back

The Doctor was super polite, patient, thorough and took her time. The receptionists were kind, polite, lovely, helpful, especially Gina! She even stayed late finishing the order for my glasses. Everyone there provided an overall great experience!

Everyone there is very helpful. The wait was less than 15 minutes. The staff was very professional. The ophthalmologist was very detailed and took her time to explain different options. I will be coming back. Thank you Dr. Zacky.

Ive been coming here for years. I love it. They have a savings program that helps offset costs. Seems like a high turnover on both the reception staff and doctors as I go in every year and never meet the same people twice.

Very disappointed. The black lady is there told me they were very busy for us and we were supposed to wait about 30 or 40 mins to they call us. Very nasty lady and not come back never and ever again. They lose a costumer!!!

I really enjoy the experience. The staff are all awesome. The quality of my purchases, two pair of eyeglasses and contacts are beyond compare and well within budget without sacrificing style or taste.
