The staff was very nice, however, my husband was seen by Dr. Christopher Kimmel on Tuesday for a history of 5 days of fever, chills, headache, and coughing. The doctor said it was viral and he was getting over it. He was given a release to go back to work on Thursday. After continued, worsening symptoms, he contacted this clinic again and was told to just go to work with a fever. He went to his primary physician yesterday. They did bloodwork, a flu test, and a chest xray (no tests were even offered in Greenwood). Turns out that he has pneumonia, was given antibiotics, and told not to do anything strenuous for the next week. If he had gone back to work with a fever, he he probably would have ended up in the hospital. Dr. Kimmel knew that he had a fever and does extremely strenuous work in a non-air conditioned building that stays around 101 degrees. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is our third time coming here and I dont like to complain but after having experienced less than average care on all three occasions, it is time for a review. 1st time was poor diagnosis, as a second opinion from our family doctor later the same day resulted in emergency treatment. 2nd time here was similar to the first and I verbally expressed my concern to the staff that day, but they did nothing when I asked them for the proper medical tests. 3rd time, which is today, we have been forced to wait for nearly 2 hours and we are still waiting in a small patient care room for the doctor. This will be our last time coming to this facility for treatment.

I usually rated this place highly but after my last visit I am absolutely appalled. I went in to be seen for my illness and saw a Dr. Kimmy who basically just assumed what i had without any testing. He also made me feel extremely uncomfortable. So i am still sick and called back to then speak with a LeeAnna who told me there was nothing more they can do (again without even seeing me to verify) she showed no empathy or concern for my health. In my honest opinion this clinic needs to consider hiring better nurses and doctors. Their job focus should be helping the sick not just assuming and treating me like a number! Very dissatisfied with this place.

Front desk lady was rude and unpleasant. Dr. Kimmey spent more time focused on the fact that I had tried to self-diagnose myself. Apparently Im the first patient hes ever had to do so. My throat was so swollen I could barely swallow and he said he didnt believe in steroids. he was very rude and even rolled his eyes at me while he told me I was a difficult patient. Well, yes, sir, I can barely talk because the spots on my throat have caused my throat to swell up so terribly that I can barely speak. So excuse me for being difficult because Im frustrated. I would never recommend this place. Ever.

I came in last Sunday after being bitten by a dog on the nose. The bite was v-shaped about an inch long. I just got the stitches out a few days ago and Im relieved to see the scar shrinking daily thanks to the caring doctors hands. He used a magnifying shield to make some of the smallest stitches my home doctor has seen. Considering I was two hours from home, Im relieved to have found someone that did not leave a 5-6 huge stitches. Instead he took 15 tiny stitches to prevent a large scar. Thank you!

Waited forever (3+ hrs) only to be rushed out with a script that did not fix my problem. Called back the next day to request something different so I didnt have to go to another urgent care and they acted like I was just trying to get pills or who knows what like I was being sneaky and refused to help me, I am currently on my way to the er to spend more $ thats how much pain Im in....I work for iu and will never go back here again

I was reading the other reviews that others have leftg and it scared me a little because my dsaughter needed to get seen and per primary doctor isnt opened today, wow...they were really nice, the staff was great, there is a review about locking the doors on someone at 8:01 well, everyone deserves to go home, if they are open till 8 and you get there at 8:01 then they are closed...go to the 24hr hospital.

When we went there, my husband got misdiagnose, not even a physical exam was done. Then he turned out having surgery 2 days later because the nurse practitioner or PA or doctor or whatever didnt do a very good job. Also regarding them calling you back to answer a question about a medication, be ready to wait hours after talking to a RUDE receptionist without me being rude.

Ive been sitting in an exam lane with my sick son for an hour. Not one word from anyone. Nobody popped in to let me know it would be a while. I finally stepped out into the hallway and was met with a snarky "can I help you?" I mentioned that weve been waiting an hour to hear the response of "I know". But at least the lady working the reception desk was pleasant.

My husband just drove 35 mins to get there by 8 he arrived at 8:01 and ran to the door with 2 sick kids and they locked the door in their faces! I was talking to the staff saying he was coming when they locked the doors! If you arent there to help people then get new jobs!! They dont care about anything.

Went in for a cut on our toddlers head. They were very kind, was seen right away and Dr Kimmy was very kind and the staff very friendly. He had to get stitches and we went back after the 5 days and we received the same level of care as we did before. Would highly recommend going!

You can find about anything you want at Walmart there is also White Castle Aztec restaurant theres a Verizon store a Wendys theres a Dollar Tree also a Little Caesars Pizza also at PetSmart amongst a few others its a great place all the way around
