Gallahue is definitely not a "top end" mental health service, they dont cater to wealthy clients they deal with unemployed or disabled people so have realistic expectations of the quality of service. Wishard ,Ez..whatever now, had a mental health service that was stunningly WORSE than Gallahue, Wish. MH was a freaking nightmare. Gallahue is a very good option as opposed to not seeking Professional services at all.

Disorganized, churn and burn mentality, impatient, lack of concern, lack of responsibility from all aspects, appointments scheduled only during work hours, inattentive employees, regardless of condition you are grouped with people who have addiction, etc. No true help. If you need help, please do more research and find a capable place. Its hard, but better than being pushed in to a worse state.

This location sees patients with no insurance. Discounts are based on income. I went to this location for a year when I was unemployed and uninsured. With insurance with same company but different location I was treated very professionally. I felt l was treated like a second class citizen at this location. If you have health insurance I strongly suggest going to a different location.

Its really a great place. It starts with the mind, and thats where they start with. Straight to the point. The group classes also help. To be able to learn from different people. Great place to go to get the help you need, not want. (Difference)

Forced to go here. Counselors are OK....... just a few though. Group is horrible. It does not help. They want you to see the Dr so theyre prescribe........ I do not recommend. No 1 on 1 help. Youre just part of the machine here......

Completely rude and ignorant employees. Dont tell you that your follow up is actually a new patient appointment. Lack of class and care for people this is what I seen and witnessed from the ladys checking in and out patients.

Place is full of Crack pots that are completely unprofessional. Zachary is the worst! Actually hung up on me when I ask to be transferred to another facility. If this place is your only option I feel for you.

Im not really a fan of this place but unfortunately this is the only place that takes my sons insurance. He doesnt get anything out of the therapy but the medication lady helps us a lot.

First appointment is same day only and yoy have to call at 8 am to schedule. I dont know what jobs going to let you last minute get off for appointments like that. What a joke.
