The staff at this office is incredibly kind, which is the only reason Im giving them a 2nd star. I had a good bit of dental work that needed to be completed, and being a student, and a single father, my finances are limited. The first couple of visits were a piece of cake! I paid my co-pay and moved on with my life. When I came back for my next appointment, I was informed that I had to pay $806 for my previous appointment. I was unaware of the excessive work I had received that my insurance did not cover. Please, if you live on a limited budget as myself, make sure you find out exactly everything you are getting done and how much it cost. Now, I have to find some type of way to pay this collection. Horrible experience with my fiancé. Would not recommend this office to worst enemy. She had an extraction that should have never been done because of the amount of infection still around the tooth. Left with no antibiotics to find out from another office the extraction site looked absolutely horrible, very badly infected, and to add insult to injury broken jaw. Scheduled for surgery in 3 days to fix the break.

Sometimes the wait can be lengthy but Dr. Mcgarity is a great dentist and the staff is friendly. I drive from an hour away because I trust this office.
