Me and my mom use to come and visit dr. Malcolm ever since I was young. Service was good back then but now, the service is getting different. I am African American, I enter the office today (1/22/16) and I barely am greeted. No converse or anything but when someone "white" enters they are greeted, made felt welcome, and are being held conversations with. When Im called back to get looked at he tells me he cant pull my tooth which hasnt been a problem any other time. Hes going to send me to an oral surgent but the point Im trying to make is, you guys need to treat everyone EQUALLY and if not you need to put a "white only" sign on the door. Since people want to act some type of way. Its 2016 you got to do better. Im paying you just like everybody that walks in.

The whole office staff was really nice and I was very pleased with Dr Malcolm and I am scared of dentist he didnt hurt me I will be going back very soon thanks Dr Malcolm and staff
