I would like to start by saying that this was the best experience I have ever had in a medical office. I was greeted at the front door with smiles and a warm welcome. The ladies at the front, Lori and Jenifer were absolutely stunning. They got me checked in quickly and offered refreshments and asked me to make myself at home. Soon after that I was given a tour of the gorgeous office and shown to my exam room. Every associate that we met along the way there greeted me warmly and with genuine smiles. Dr. Bennett made his appearance shortly after that and initiated our consultation by asking me about myself, which surprised me. Most doctors seem to rush and are less than concerned about their patients as people. He was knowledgeable and gave me several opportunities to ask questions. Very approachable and affable, I liked him a lot. From start to finish, it was so refreshing. I was treated like family and I would like to thank everyone at the office who made efforts to make sure I felt valued and welcomed there. If you hate going to the dentist as much as most people do, I couldnt give a better recommendation than I could to this office. Without a doubt, the BEST staff and dental care providers you could ask for. Did I mention they give you a goody bag? Yeah. A goody bag and freebies. Tell them I referred you!!

Im not one to normally leave reviews about places Ive visited, I feel everyone should make their own opinion about their take on things... BUT after my visit with BGW Dental Group, I just had to leave MY take on my this!! From the phone call to make my visit to walking into the office, I felt very welcomed! The front desk girls were all very delightful and all smiles! I was able to enjoy some coffee as I was filling out my new patient paperwork. After I was done with that, I was given a tour of the beautiful office and all it had to offer. I forgot to mention that my visit was for a broken tooth.... slightly nervous! My wait time was very minimal. The assistant and Dr. Bennett made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Bennett was very good about explaining all my options on how to fix my tooth. I had already planned on having to come back to have it fixed but they did offer me same day treatment WHICH was great!! I didnt have to miss another day of work! My appointment went very well and painless!! I will definitely recommend this office to everyone! Before I left, I went ahead and scheduled my cleaning appointment! PS.. They even gave me a gift before I left!!!! This place is awesome!!!!

I had my upper wisdom teeth removed in 2014 at their old office location. They were great then, and they are still fantastic! Their new office is incredible - and I called today and was hoping to book an appointment for an exam/cleaning and concerns about my lower wisdom teeth. They were able to squeeze me in THE SAME DAY, and from the time I arrived to the time I left, EVERY SINGLE person I interacted with was absolutely incredible. I know not everyone loves going to the dentist, but they made it as painless as possible. Not only did they humor me with my idiosyncrasies, they also explained about the nerves in my gums, about my teeth, and helped me prepare for my next steps in regards to my wisdom teeth. Dr. Green was the sweetest, and my Hygienist was super funny and very kind. I was referred by a friend, and I immediately made my husband his first appointment on the way out the door. SO happy to finally have a dentist I can trust, and one that I know my family and I will be using for years to come!

The Office, Doctors and staff at BGW are wonderful. I worked for Dr. Waggoner close to 20 years, and its almost been 5 years ago that BGW bought his practice upon his retirement. I was welcomed to my new home with open arms. My education in dentistry has improved tremendously. Not only were my eyes opened in the improvement in general dentistry but also in the expanded specialties that BGW offers to our patients. Ive been educated in IV and oral sedation, oral surgery, periodontal disease and treatment involving head and neck cancer, including the importance of dental health in all of these areas. I am blessed to be working with all the wonderful doctors and staff here at BGW. The office is involved with many of our local schools and organizations in supporting the growth of our community. All of the doctors have supported me, my family and all the staff. So, if you and your family and friends are looking for a qualified dental practice and staff you will find it here at BGW.

I recently switched to BGW Dental and was overwhelmed by the beautiful location and AMAZING staff! From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by the nicest front office staff! Debbie helped me with my check in (and check out) and was so sweet! Then Karen, the dental hygienist, came and got me and started my visit with a full tour of the office. She was incredible! She made me feel comfortable and at home by talking about her husband and baby girl. She was very kind and attentive. When the dentist, Dr. Greene, came I was overwhelmed by how absolutely genuine and kind she is. She made sure I understood all of the x-rays and pictures of my teeth and explained what she will be watching over time. She truly made me feel like I was the only patient she had that day and I felt comfortable asking any questions I had. This place is so amazing! You can tell that the staff and doctors really appreciate and care about their patients!!

I love this dental practice!! Their staff is amazing and Im so grateful to be apart of it now for the last 2 months. They go above and beyond for each patient even from the second they walk into the door! I brought my 4 year old little boy in for his dental health visit not to long ago, to see Dr. Brittany and Karen. I was a little nervous about how he would do with the whole process but my mind was set at ease from the second they walked out to get him. They let him be apart of his treatment by telling him about everything that they were doing, as well as why they were doing it. They gave him a Teddy bear to hold on to during all this, and were so good with him. Ive never seen a child leave the dentist and be excited to come back, but hes talked constantly about how much he loved it. It means so much to me that they took the extra time to make sure he wasnt scared to be there. I highly recommend BGW Dental Group!

From the time you walk in the door and Lori greats you till the time they walk you to the desk to check out, you are made to feel at ease. They treat you like you are a long time friend and not just a "to do" item on their daily check sheet. Everyone has a smile and wants to make sure you are well taken care of and you are happy with their service. Ive had crowns, fillings, cleanings, and the dreaded root canal and I can honestly say these folks are great. They take their time and are never rushing to fit the next person in your seat as fast as they can. They ask you about any issues you have had and you feel they honestly want to know, instead of it being just routine. I have recommended Bennitt Family Dentistry to my family, friends and co-works and now I am recommending them to you. Give them a chance to get to know you and treat you like a family member.
