Do NOT waste your time here. 1 star is way too many stars I wanted to give them. I scheduled a 1 pm appointment for my daughter. I came in 10 minutes early to do the paperwork, took me maybe 7 minutes to complete. I waited 45 minutes and finally went back up to the desk to ask them how much longer it would be. A lady said "we have to have paperwork." Are you kidding me?? So I waited an hour for NOTHING because no one told me they needed the paperwork back right away. And even if that was the case all four women sat at the desk yapping their mouth for an hour not even noticing I had been done with it. No one thought well maybe she didnt understand clearly, lets ask if shes done. They have poor customer service and poor communication. The dentist and his assistants were nice. Its the ladies in the front that need to communicate properly. Hopefully I can find a different dental home for my daughter. This was a bad first experience. Dont come here unless you have all day to spend here.

This dentist was very unprofessional in the way she and her staff communicated to me what dental work I needed and how many appointments would be necessary. The area where I needed a filling was poorly anesthetized and the experience was traumatic and painful. Furthermore, the dental assistant told me that I would need one more appointment to take care of two other fillings. When I called to confirm that appointment, I was told Id need two more appointments and that they would not be able to see me for the second one for more than a month. (They found the cavity in February. Four months seems too long to let a cavity wait.) In addition, I have little confidence in the filling they did complete for me. I still experience some pain when biting down and have made arrangements for another dentist to check their work. In summary, I found the clinic to be disorganized, its staff to be poor communicators, and its dental practice to be questionable.

I havent been here in over a year. The last time I went to destiny dental I came in for a cleaning. First off I was waiting in the back chair for twenty minutes, no one came to tell me how long it would be. The assistant never introduced herself and when the hygienist came in, she couldnt even speak english! The cleaning lasted all of 10 minutes. Within that time the hygienist and assistant managed to spray water all over my face. I could have done a better brushing job than that joke they call a hygienist there. Plus they never checked my teeth or actually professionally cleaned my teeth, they only brushed them, which as I said before, I did a better job brushing my own teeth. Dont go here, they dont know what they are doing.

This place is a joke, worked for them for six months and not once was i asked to be certified in xrays since i was doing them regularly, no breaks at all be lucky to get one in between they over crowd patients so always backed up, the dentist dr. Hassan very disrespectful towards his co workers and sometimes towards patients that ask questions,Leaves every minute to be on the phone and while in procedures leaves and tells his assistant to finish up the filling, or to do a adult cleaning,So unprofessional. The manager always gossiping about others and to make it worse puts her hands on a co worker infront of front desk co workers and patients. I recommend not coming to this dentist if you have a choice go to dental dreams.

After a year of service at there dentistry I am so disappointed and very concerned not only about the quality of there work, but the cleanliness of there equipment. I got a simple filling yesterday and today its already falling out. This is not the first problem i have encountered. I suspect that it was not cured all the way by the constant turn over of staff and there untrained assistants. I am concerned about others that may inquirie on this dentist, STAY AWAY from destiny dental !!!

One star too many! The dentist never introduced himself my me or my children.It was their first time EVER he just sat down and stuck his hands in their mouths.He didnt explain what he was going to do.He did a super fast look, told my 8 year old his teeth were yellow,and he wasnt brushing well and walked out. I had to ask if we were done because He was so awkward.I wont go back.

Loved the entire experince!!!! Staff was extremely nice, went through and explained what was needed. The Doctors were very exceptional and really made me feel comfortable and trusting in what they did , explained every step. I have a huge fear of dentists but after this Im pretty sure that fear is conquered. Thanks destiny for getting me together!!!

Do not go here. Worst experience ever. Place is a joke. Would give negative stars if that was an option. Was forced to go here in a moment of desperation. Did not read the reviews as I went off of delta dental website. Avoid any contact with this office. Stay in pain. Lose your teeth. Either of these options are better than going here.

Friendly staff BUT... Dentist didnt say a word to me...heard him asking the nurse questions like i wasnt even "capable" of answering myself...examined my mouth like i was Just "cattle"...no introducing himself. Didnt even look me in the eye.... If you dont mind "assembly line" dentistry,this is the place.

My experience with this office was very inviting. As soon as I walked in the door, they were very friendly. The dentist seemed very open to my concerns,and addressed it quickly. The only thing that was different was the cleaning process. Other than that I would highly recommend this office to all.

Well i came in for a 230 appt at 2 and there are others just walking in way after me getting called before me. And there are people whom state there a walk in and there getting called before me. Im done coming to this place and if i were yall i wouldnt come to this place either

Worst experience I have ever had. Sat there for 4 hours and was never even seen cause I just sat there just falling asleeping... And the customer service is horrible.. never will I ever and I mean ever go back there... I even cancelled my kids appointments there

I have been going to Destiny Dental for a few years now and Ive always have had a good experience. Andrew is a great hygienist. Very well mannered and professional, with a good sense of humor. I have nothing but good things to say about Destiny.

Dentist was rude. Didnt introduce his self and walked out without even asking why we were there. By the way, it was a appointment for my 4 yr old son. Not a good impression from a dentist.
