This dental office is the most professional I believe Ive ever been to and having lived in many large cities across the US in college and then the military (spouse) I have had my share of new dental offices. Dr. Gerlecz and staff are friendly and knowledgeable, they listen to my concerns and are always willing to explain or, better yet, show me the issue or procedure indicated. Billing, authorizations, insurance claims are completed with ease and co-pays communicated to me well and timely. I have been putting off some major dental work ($$$) for the past couple moves and felt so good with this office I decided to go ahead. I am so glad I did. Dr. G does really good work and, I feel, is honest about your options (not trying to scare you into spending tons of money, which Ive had in the past). Huge bonus is our kids (10 and 11) love going to this office and the hygienists give them (repeat) tutorials on brushing and flossing each time we go (6 months for cleaning/checkups) to keep them proficient. They are punctual with appointments, by the time I sit down and grab a magazine Im being called back. You dont feel like the assistant and the MD is always in a rush, stacking appointments all down the hall, working on three patients at once, like so many offices Ive been to in the past. I was referred here by a friend when I was new to town, and still thank her whenever I see her. No one really likes going to the dentist but if youre in need of one or are thinking about changing offices, I would recommend you try Dr. Gerlecz.

The staff were all very friendly and professional. They made me feel right at home. All the stories I had heard about them being so fantastic were true. They were thorough and didnt try to recommend procedures just to make extra money. They really seem to care about the health of your teeth and about you as a person. I highly recommend this office as a whole. I didnt meet one rude staff meme we during the whole process.

I had a major tooth ache once and he saw me immediately and once he saw how bad the tooth was he cancelled his next appointments to fit me in for a root canal so I didnt have to be in pain. I highly recommend him
