I went in for my regular 6-month cleaning. The dental hygienist did a good job (she is very good at cleaning without causing a lot of pain!! - I refer this office to everyone!) then the dentist said everything looked fine to him. Then when I left I learned that I didnt owe money for today because the insurance would cover it! Yes, it was a good appt!! This review is from SALLY AKEHI (not Esther Akehi!)

Our family is very thankful for the kindness and compassion of this office, from the front desk staff all the way to Dr Nichols!! Having a special needs teen was not a problem for this office. They embraced him fully talking him through every step of his treatment, working on his timeframe with great compassion!! We feel so blessed to know this office! Thanks Nichols Family Staff!!!!

Excellent staff who are knowledgeable about any questions you have and a dentist with a great sense of humor! Dr. Nichols has done two crowns and two cavities for me in the last two months and all has been great. He shows a compassion that I admire and a great understanding of his profession. Now going to the dentist is something I look forward to!

My experience consisted of a friendly receptionist, a very helpful dental hygienist, and a knowledgeable, professional, yet personable dentist. I had an partial that was bent, l was told by another dentist they were destroyed l would have to get a new partial. But they fix my partial and l where them now. I am very grateful because l couldnt afford new partial. God bless the Nichols family, they been an awesome blessing to me!
