Wonderful Customer Service! Two years ago I was in an accident two weeks before my wedding and knocked out my four front teeth and shattered several bones in my face. I did not have a dentist at the time that I regularly visited and no office in a 100 mile radius of my home would see a new client on such short notice. Dr. Magnusons office was the only office that would rearrange their schedule and see me immediately. Dr. Magnuson went above and beyond to prepare a custom bridge in less than 2 weeks for my wedding and has seen me through the 2 year process of rebuilding my smile. Jill and Mary in the office are FANTASTIC and assisted my wife and I in all of the complicated insurance paperwork associated with my accident. I can not express how wonderful this office is to work with and how much Dr. Magnuson and his staff care about each and every customer they see. I would HIGHLY recommend then to anyone. When I had to go to the Dentist I would get sick to my stomach,not sleep the night prior and try everything to not go. I found Dr Magnuson 2 years ago.Aafter my first visit I changed the whole family. We never knew there really were Dentist that cared. After meeting with Dr Magnusons staff it was determined that I needed extensive dental wor.k I went in for replacement of 5 front fillings. I was offered a CD player,headphones a blanket to keep me warm and nitrous oxide ( which I had never had before) This was the best experience I had ever had at a Dentist. I no longer get anxiety prior to going ( If I do, the caring and calming staff change that) Going to the Dentist is a breeze now. It is no longer an issue thanks to Dr Magnuson and his whole staff they have changed my feelings towards dentists. THANK YOU Bonnie Battle Creek

I have been going to Brett (Dr. Magnuson) since I was a child. I have been so impressed with his professionalism, honesty and technical skills. I am constantly complimented on my smile and owe this to the service I receive at Magnuson Dental Design. I recently moved to Chicago and went to a "top 3 dentist" in the nation where I was told I have four cavities, since I have never had a cavity before I went back to Brett to confirm. After Brett examined my teeth he again indicated that I do not have any cavities and what the other dentist was seeing was simply deep grooves in my teeth. Again this shows his honesty and ability over anyone else out there, I highly recommend Brett and will travel back to Kalamazoo to continue to see him and his team. Thank you again for everything.

Dr. Magnuson is a great cosmetic dentist. I was referred to him several years ago when I was struggling with my front tooth that had been broken off. Dr. Magnuson worked meticulously to fit me with the perfect porcelain veneer. You cannot tell the difference between my real front tooth and the veneer. I trust him implicitly with ANY dental work. The hygientists are also wonderful! They are just as particular about your teeth and maintaining or achieving perfect oral health. In addition, the receptionists that work there are the most organized, friendly, helpful people. I have been to a number of different doctors offices and have yet to find any place that compares to the high satisfaction I have found at Magnuson Dental Design.

The staff there has always been very friendly, helpful and professional. I love the fact that when Dr. Magnuson is doing any kind of procedure he is in constant contact, alerting you on what to expect and what you may feel. There are no surprises then and Im prepared and more relaxed. I really appreciate this type of "heads up" honesty. No surprises, other than great professional care every time.
