My son is 5 and he saw Dr Van. We had already been through 2 dentists prior to seeing Dr Van--all who wanted to put my son to sleep at the hospital and do all the work at once (totaling well over $5000). Dr Van agreed to take care of my boy without going to those extreme measures. And he sure did! He was amazing! Through 2 fillings, a root canal, an extraction and 3 crowns.... Dr Van and his wonderful assistant were patient and kind. He even sang to my son while he worked. And my son came away with absolutely no fears of the dentist. He is actually looking forward to his next appointment! Without a doubt, I would recommend Dr Van to everyone I know.

Dr. Baslers receptionist took my call close to closing, when I explained the situation, a dental emergency for my grandson, who had NOT been seen by Dr. Basler before, she offered to stay open past closing time so that he could be seen. Dr. Basler was kind, patient and treated the dental emergency immediately, staying over an hour past closing time. I was impressed by the professionalism and quality of care that was delivered. What an asset to the community this Dentist is!

Patient Care was good. Reception and Call backs were horrible. Do not expect to be able to talk to anyone over the phone or get a call back in 48 hours from receptionist. Ultimately we ended up going elsewhere because of the poor communication. The place seemed pretty dirty to some extent as well. I would not suggest looking around on the floor to much.

Went a half hour over my appointment time to get my child in. Thankfully I took the day off work. Staff is awesome but I would recommend the receptionist to call patients to tell them that theyre running after their schedule. They didnt even acknowledge the patients in the waiting area to let them know their wait time. Just a suggestion!

After an awful experience at eastern family dental of my kid screaming and crying and not being allow back in. Dr bassler is a breath of fresh air from ease of setting up appoitment to front desk staff and all around great place to take the kid to and she excited to go to the dentist again. I have suggested this place to all my friends.

We came to Dr. Ryan after a terrible experience with another dentist several years ago. He knew exactly home to calm him, to get done what needed to be done, and left him not being afraid of the dentist any longer. The entire office staff is fantastic and I will continue to send friends to this office for their kids.
