I rarely write a poor review, but looking back, I realize its my duty to do so. After having to go back four times for a crown refitting, I went to another dentist for a second opinion. Not only did I finally get my crown fixed, but I also learned that Dr. Gant had been too proactive with my cavities; he drilled too much, way too early. In the end, his approach actually weakened my teeth. I should also mention that Dr. Gant doesnt actually do the drilling and filling; his assistants do the work. I decided to take my money to a place where the certified dentist does the real work on your teeth.

Love the service I get, the ladies know me by name and even ask about my family. Recommend them to everyone who wants their teeth cleaned with a smile. Fantastic dental office! Very clean, well-staffed, very quick to see you. I had my costs broken down in a way I could understand, and they were more than willing to work with me on getting everything covered that I needed. Need a lot of work, but Im not worried now that Im here!

Unless youre a masochist you dont love going to a dentist. BUT, if I have to go, Yorktown is where I want to go. Attentive, very competent staff! Although I DO wonder about their giving out popcorn. Drumming up more business on-site? Nah - just an incentive to floss!
