I selected Dr. James Quinn over a dozen years ago based upon recommendations from several friends and family members, and they were right. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. He keeps current with changes in medications and treatment methods, and creatively selects the appropriate combination of treatments best suited for the condition hes diagnosing. He takes the time and makes the effort to explain everything in an understandable and clear manner. I have the highest confidence in placing my well-being in his hands. In the past, I have been less than enthralled by some of the staff members at his French Avenue office, but in the last two years or so, significant improvements have been made, and I am well pleased with their present performance as well. I have always been well satisfied with the service I received from the staff at the Lake Forest office. I enthusiastically recommend Dr. James Quinn and the staff and facilities at both the French Avenue and Lake Forest offices.

Dr gill is Great! Most of the staff at this office is Terrible. I called to come in for a follow up from the ER and was told I could come in over a month later. I have also called and asked to speak with a Dr. Because I was having trouble with my Depression Medication. I was told I could come in in 2 weeks and the doctors dont talk to patients on the phone. Lashanda in scheduling is Terrible, rude, and has no idea what she is doing. I have been having issues scheduling with her for Months. Cynthia in scheduling is fabulous though. I had already switched my kids to a diffeet dr.s office after we were unable to get in for over 2 weeks when my 15 month old was sick. After today i will be changing to a different Dr. office. This has been a Huge inconvenience that has resulted in taking my kids to the er for small things like a cold I wanted to be looked at just in case. If patients cannot get in to see the doctors in a timely manner it doesnt matter how good the doctors are.

Dr. Quinn has been my family doctor for 20 years and is very good at what he does. I am another wise health person and I dont have a need to go to the doctor often. I called to make an appointment and was told I could not see the doctor till September (Called 7-10-15) as I have not been there in 5 years and was considered a new patent. The rude lady on the other end said if I needed a doctor I should go to the emergency room. If this is how patents that have been coming there for 20 years are treated you have to wonder how a new patent would be treated. Apparently they have enough business and my being an old patent is not important enough to take the time to schedule an appointment sooner then two months. So if you really need a doctor take a minute and consider another office to make your appointment. This one is to busy to take care of you. VERY DISAPPOINTED that the doctors there would let there staff treat people this way.

Dr. Monette is AMAZING!!!! Long story short literally all my friends and family go here.... Seriously ALL of them. Myself Ive been cared for by Dr Monette for approx 15 years. I couldnt ask for anyone better to ensure I live the best and healthiest life I can. Dr Monette is very professional but down to earth, bedside manners are top notch. He tells you what you need to hear, and ALWAYS listens to you. I will continue to go here for as long as he stays in practice. Dr. Monette I can not thank you enough for ALL your help with my healthcare needs and concerns. You are definitely one in a million. Your one of the best. Thanks again for all you do. Sorry didnt mean to exclude your staff, it goes without saying that you and your team are the best. Keep up the EXCELLENT work Doc and staff.

I had been going here for over 25 years as a patient. The last couple of visits seemed as if the place was loosing the personal nature that defined it for so long. Then recently, a week before I was scheduled to leave the country on business, I caught a nasty cough and sore throat. So, I called in to schedule an appointment before it got worse and Im out of luck abroad. I waited for a considerable time before finally receiving a gruff response, telling me to go and get over-the-counter cold pills and dont call back for an appointment unless I run a fever... Not exactly the attitude I was hoping to receive from my PRIMARY care office of two and a half decades. Its clear that expansion and growth have not been positive changes for North Seminole Family Practice, and its a real shame.

Dr. Monette is an extraordinary Doctor that has unique skills in that he is a General Practitioner but also a Sports Medicine Doctor. Anyone that lives an active life and/or use to but now suffering from Chronic Problems can really benefit from his expertise. His approach is phenomenal when meeting with you as he truly is a relationships oriented Doctor which is something hard to find in this day in age. Those who reminisce about the days of old for Doctors like this I strongly suggest you go see Dr. Monette. Best in the Business! He also has a wonderful Nurse name Monica who is the Quarterback behind the scenes coordinating everything for him. Team Dr. Monette and Monica is the way to go to Win!

I have been under doctors care since 1994 for a chronic condition. I didnt look forward to dealing with a new practice after 12 years with my previous doctor. But he retired. Dr. Magee was referred by a medical professional and I started out with apprehension. All of my worries were unfounded. The office staff was very helpful. The paper transition went smoothly. I got in to see the doctor quickly and I felt that she and her nurse were genuinely interested and concerned for my well being. I thank them for making me feel welcomed, comfortable and well treated and I look forward to a long term relationship with Dr. Magee.

If you are looking for a Doctor and an office where you can feel at ease this is the place for you. It all begins from the pleasant group for folks in the front of the office to everyone in the back of the office. From there I met Dr. Magee and knew right away that she was the doctor for me. We quickly built a relationship to the point that I was comfortable telling her anything regarding my previous health history and where my future health care might go. EVERYBODY in the office cares and makes sure that you have the best health care possible as well as making sure that all your questions are answered .

Dr. Gill is a very personable doctor. I really appreciated her caring demeanor for my personal issues and she was very detailed with answering any questions I had. I did have to wait a little long on my first visit to get an appointment (about 3-4 weeks) and then waited about 45 minutes in the office to see her for a physical but it was worth finding a good doctor who actually cares for your well being. Cynthia at the front desk was very helpful and very kind. I wish all the office staff was as bubbly as she is, its always a good thing to know when you can see that someone enjoys what they do for a living.
